Stylish, contemporary-chic décor in warm, natural tones is complemented by bright, original artworks on the walls and splashes of soft colour in the large Persian carpets on the floor. The apartment entrance hall, which has a guest toilet, leads into the lounge and dining area, which boasts a six-seater glass-topped dining table, plush couches, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen television. The living areas flow effortlessly out on to a tiled terrace with outdoor dining for six, a corner plunge pool and unrivalled ocean views.

A sophisticated kitchen offers appliances for easy holiday living, including a microwave, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher and is connected to the dining area with an open serving counter, making the apartment ideal for entertaining.

The apartment’s three bedrooms are also decorated in lovely natural hues with bold artworks, creating tranquil havens in which to relax. The sea facing master bedroom features a double bed and tiled en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and double vanities, as well as a flat-screen television for added convenience. The master bedroom has direct access onto the terrace and pool through stackable doors.

The apartment is situated in a very secure block on Victoria Road in Bakoven, with direct elevator access via a security tag from the ground level garage. A dedicated parking bay has been allocated to the apartment in the parking garage, and there is limited off-street parking for visitors. A short drive takes you to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay or the pristine beaches of Clifton, as well as the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain Cableway.

Anything we needed or had questions about they were on hand to help. Good location, worth noting the front sea view room is also facing a main road. So you can at times hear the traffic.
