Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation mit Nox. Das Team war immer ansprechbar und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Auch meine "Beschwerde" über zurückgelassenes, schmutziges Geschirr des Vormieters in der Spülmaschine wurde ernst genommen und mit einem "Entschuldigungs"- Präsentkorb honoriert. Ich kann Nox als Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was beautiful and it was amazingly located, in the Camps Bay area. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t experience the beauty because as soon as you set foot outside, you are met with a racist neighbor (right above the apartment) who will racial abuse you, swear at you, attack you with ice etc. This made our stay extremely unpleasant and would definitely not recommend the apartment as you can’t make use of what the apartment has to offer. Based on conversations with individuals in the complex, its not a new thing.

Located in the beautiful area of Camps Bay, this apartment was unfortunately a letdown for us. Although described as a "luxury" property, it is lacking what would actually make it so. A few stains on the floors, dingy walls, old kitchen, very used cushions on the couch, terrace lights not functioning, hot water was only turned on when we checked in, which meant no hot shower until the next day. The pictures in the listing give a false sense of privacy, because there is an apartment upstairs with a balcony overlooking the terrace/swimming pool area, which is also completely visible from the parking lot. Speaking of, we had to park our rental car outside of the property for a couple of nights because the parking space allocated to the property was occupied by another car. We also used the Nox shopping service to have water bottles and beer delivered to the apartment prior to our arrival, but these were brought by the agent upon check-in, therefore no cold drinks (in a dry community).

This place was beautiful with an amazing view from the patio! Very spacious and had all the amenities to stay for a longer period of time. The pool area was great to enjoy the view of the ocean. It was very close to all the restaurants and grocery stores so that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Camps Bay.

Kommunikation mit Nix war ausgezeichnet, sowohl bei check in als auch check out wurde uns entgegengekommen.
Nachdem wir eingecheckt haben ist uns jedoch aufgefallen, dass die Wohnung an einigen Ecken, unter anderem im Badezimmer nicht gut gereinigt wurde. Als wir dies angebracht haben wurde uns sofort angeboten am nächsten morgen noch einmal die Reinigungskraft zu schicken. Diese kommt wenn man möchte täglich vorbei, ähnlich zu einem Hotel.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön, die Möbel jedoch sehr abgewohnt, das Sofa schon eher ungemütlich aber es gibt alles was man benötigt.
Wifi ist Batterie betrieben daher also nicht vom load shedding betroffen, der Rest der Wohnung hat jedoch keinen Strom mehr, hat uns aber nicht weiterhin beeinträchtigt und hatten wir vorher schon nachgefragt.
Der größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das zweite Schlafzimmer, welches direkt im Souterrain am Parkplatz liegt und somit nicht für Licht oder Geräusch empfindliche Personen geeignet ist.

The deposit is ridiculous excessive, the refund of deposit even lost more value due to exchange rate. First time i ever have to pay deposit to stay in a apartment.

Great apartment. Very tasty furnished. Fantastic view over Camps Bay and the sea. Big private terrace with pool. Only about 12 min. By foot down to the beach and all the restaurants in Camps Bay. Ideal for a family or two couples.

We had a very nice stay at this house! It's very clean (the cleaning lady comes every day), and it has a beautiful seaside view. Too bad the weather wouldn't let us try out the pool but it looks great!
Fully equipped kitchen, and even a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Really comfy beds, and a nice bath.
Would recommend!

Beautiful home and warm home. The pictures don’t do the views justice. The second bedroom is smaller than the pictures - a bit uncomfortably so. Host was great and easy to communicate with. It’s also a 10 minute walk down to the Promenade which was so convenient.

Beautiful location with easy access to great spots. Apartment is upmarket with a lovely pool and tranquil views of the beach, Lions Head and the Twelve Apostles. The apartment is serviced every day and someone is always one phonecall away if you need something. We had some issues with the kitchen equipment provided and general dated items.

We were disappointed. This place does not have the magical vibe you think it might have on the pictures... there is absolutely no privacy on the terrace, it is built wide open next to a parking lot. You see cars from your pool side... pictures showing the adjacent parking lot should be added to the profile, so people know what to expect.

A lovely little spot with a bit of a view. An easy Uber trip of a few minutes down to Camps bay and it’s surrounds. The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious and nice to have the pool deck but it’s not very private as it is part of a complex. All in all a lovely easy stay. Thank you

Porperty has a nice view and cute swimmingpool

Nox rentals really dissapointed me. Fistly I had to pay a R 10 000 key deposit. Communication with my host ( Art ) was very painful to say the least. His answers didnt match my questions and he was very unhelpful. The next guy they sent to communicate with me was better. I assueme after I told them that their efforts will be reflected in my review. The stay was plesant. There after getting my refund for my R10 000 key deposit was a battle. They kept sending me broken links to pay pell, kept ignoring my emails. In general unresponsive. Eventually I maged to get it back but no proof of payment or email correspondence.

We fully understand your frustration with the delay in refunding the damages deposit and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. We always ensure to process refunds within a reasonable time period when there are no damages reported. However, the delay can be attributed to an internal administrative error which has since been corrected. We are currently trialling a couple of other solutions aimed at improving the damages & deposits process and we hope to soon implement a solution where guests will not be required to pay a damages deposit. Calico is a lovely 2 bed apartment, clean tidy and well appointed.....
Finding the apartment was tricky as it doesn’t state that is part of the Panorama apartments, we fed this back to the rental host who met us and he said that they were considering changing this - it would be a simple change that would be really helpful

Its NOT worth this price.
Check in was done by a rude guy who is giving you orders like you are in his prisson.
It fellt not relexed after all as he was giving to manny strict rules on who to behave and threat Their property.
Please skip this booking agency and house as it will ruin your holiday......

Dear Maria I am sorry that you did not enjoy the stay and am very surprised by the feedback on Peter who is one of our best hosts. I spoke to him about the booking and he said that he had done everything he could to assist you during your stay. Peter has worked with us for 5 years and has never received this feedback, so it is out of the ordinary for him. For this booking he was receiving and responding to requests at 2am which is beyond what he is expected to do. With regards to the cleaning I will certainly look into this as we take the cleanliness of our properties very seriously. Once again we have a dedicated team at the property know the property inside out and we have not had negative feedback on the housekeeping in any of the apartments in the block across a very busy season. We will make sure the team get on to it and keep up the very high standards of cleanliness that they are trained to deliver. With regards to rules of the apartment, we have rules for all our properties so that we can continue renting properties on a short term basis and manage them in harmony with the residents of the block. This is a crucial aspect of our management as we need to ensure the permanent residents' are not negatively impacted by our guests. Additionally we do have temporary measures in place to help with the current water crisis happening in Cape Town. If these were conveyed in an inappropriate manner I apologise, however we are required to inform all our guests of the rules and especially ask for assistance in adhering to the water saving steps we have put in place. Again I am sorry that you did not enjoy the stay as we have had numerous happy guests at this apartment hosted by Peter and it is a shame we were not able to do the same for you. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Man muss sich nur sehr gut untereinander kennen, da die Bäder Glastüren haben.

Our stay at Calico was wonderful, waking up to that view of a morning was perfect! We were well looked after with lots of biscuits and snacks made available and I can safely say that I left 5 kilos heavier. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!
