This is a beautiful place. I think it’s even better than the pictures. The views are amazing, the location is convenient/walkable and the host was responsive. I would say worth the money.
The one thing I didn’t 100% love was that maintenance and housekeeping happens during the stay. It seems like an odd thing to dislike but it made the place feel less private. Even though everyone we interacted with was absolutely lovely, I don’t love that other people have access to the place while I’m there or out. You can opt out of housekeeping but the maintenance person wasn’t optional. Again, the people were great, discreet and friendly…you just have to be mindful of how you move around the place knowing someone may show up outside your window or knock at your door.

Muy bonito el apartamento. La vista y la terraza espectacular.
Los dueños de la estancia muy amables y serviciales.

La empresa encargada de administrar la estancia no fué eficiente. El aire acondicionado no funcionó en ningún momento y solicitamos que lo activaran ya que durante las noches habían mosquitos y un poco de calor.
El desague de la bañera de la habitación principal se tapaba y tampoco lo arreglaron. En una ocasión usaron un líquido para destaparlo y no funcionó. Los gabinetes de la cocina no estaban muy limpios.

Der Blick ist sensationell. Die Lage in Camps Bay unterhalb des Tafelberges ein Traum. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Auch nicht weit entfernt mit dem Auto sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin der Wohnung, eine nette Dame aus Österreich hat uns mit einer Flasche Wein begrüsst. Eine sehr schöne Penthouse Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die wir jedereit wieder buchen würden.

This is a gorgeous apartment! The view is one of the best I’ve ever seen. We sat mesmerised every sunset. It is only 5mins walk to awesome restaurants & shops. And it is so homey- filled with beautiful African crafts & everything is comfy. I could not recommend it highly enough!

We are in the midst of a 1 month stay , but no need to wait for this extremely positive review. 1. Nox rentals is the best vacation Real Estate Agency I have ever dealt with! 2. The owners are delightful people who are available and willing to help make your stay memorable. They have decorated it beautifully and have many great books to help you plan your days of sightseeing. 3. When you walk through the front door the first time, be prepared to gasp at the beauty you will have for your entire stay . There are no better views IMHO anywhere in the world! 4. You have a maid to clean and do laundry which makes your vacation that much more enjoyable. Make sure you tip her well on your departure. I believe the Western Cape has the most beautiful scenery in the world and the best will be outside your window when you wake up every morning

We shall remember our stay at the Camps Bay Terrace Penthouse as one of the best holidays in a luxury accommodation that more than catered to all our needs. The sunset and ocean views were fabulous. The penthouse was perfect for a family of two adults and two children aged 11 and 13. The location on Camps Bay Drive was perfect for walking down to the beach or pick up groceries from the nearby supermarket. A good choice of the bars and restaurants were convenient. The housekeeping service with free laundry was useful and timings suitable to us were accommodated. Our host was kind enough to visit us and make sure we are comfortable. The 24 hour service line of Nox Rentals made it easy to contact help whenever we needed it.

Stayed here for 1 weekend with friends. The location of the property is great. It is a very easy walk down to the beach, the main strip, and all the shops and restaurants. The views are also great as the flat overlooked the water. The long balcony and plunge pool were perfect to enjoy the sunsets. Furnishings were all very comfortable and functional. A cosy flat and highly recommended.

Great location and space, we stayed there for 2.5 weeks and NOX rentals were excellent in answering any query instantly and helpfully. We originally booked for 10 days but loved it so much we were thankfully able to stay for the remainder of our holiday.

We stayed here in Sept 12 for 7 nights with our 18 month old son. The apartment is a 5 minute decline hill walk to camps bay beach and shops, and is good exercise if walking back up. The apartment itself has the most amazing view of the ocean (partial view of ) the twelve apostles. It is full of light as you just have sliding glass doors which you can step out through on to the balcony. Of course as the sun shines through there are blinds/curtains which are needed to keep cool in summer as the sun does heat up the apartment during the day. The rest of apartment is very comfortable, clean and maintained very well. It is safe and secure too. We had cleaners come daily who were awesome!! If we had any issues which we didn’t really have, Nox were there for us at the drop of a hat. Highly recommend!!

really lovely flat, and a great team from Nox who made sure our stay started well and carried on that way. Two minor points to remember: the plunge pool is just that, given the temperature of the sea (v. cold!) this may be a consideration. The walk tot he nearest bars is down a steep hill on the way there - but a relatively short walk. Overall highly recommended

This property is magnificent, the views, the staff, the location were all the best that Cape Town, specifically Camps Bay has to offer. Walking distance to the beach (5 minute walk) where there are lovely cafes and boutiques lining the beach side street. Ein tolles Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 bädern, einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sat TV und DVD Player, Bücher. Ein Esszimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen+ 2 Sessel mit Blick auf die Camps Bay. Tolle Lage, Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Ein kleiner Pool auf der Terasse. Die Eingetümer sind sehr freundlich (deutschsprachig) und hilfsbereit. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein el. Safe. Die Betten sind mit Heizdecken für die kühle Jahreszeit ausgestattet. Splendid accommodation, with fantastic views, sunsets, and weather whilst we were there. Plenty of resturants, with good food and wine. You need to hire a car if you want to get out of Camps Bay and explore, although Camps Bay is perfect we were there for 4 weeks and wanted to discover more of Cape Town. V & A waterfront worth a visit. We enjoyed sundowners with Gila and Chris the owners. Planning a return visit.

This is our second stay at Camps Bay, the first time we stayed at the Bay hotel. This time our stay was even more enjoyable staying at the Penthouse Terrace apartment.It was beautifully furnished and fully equiped. The views from the terrace were spectacular, with views of fantastic sunsets every evening! The apartment was only 3-4 minutes walk to the main street on the beachfront, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach is lovely and unlike many beaches in the area it provides sunbeds at a small charge! the V&A waterfront was only a 10 minute taxi ride away. We would definitely stay at the Penthouse Terrace again.

Excellent stay. The accomodations were clean, comfortable, and offered a spectacular view of the ocean. It was also very convenient to the promenade. Luckily the weather cooperated and made our stay very enjoyable. Ashley at Nox was great in preparing our stay and coordinating all the details prior to our arrival. The only disappointing thing was the lack of food choices at the Pic n Pay. We had hoped to prepare some meals in the apartment but was not able. We did not go hungry however. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

My husband and I had booked the CBT suite in Cape town for the last leg of our honeymoon in South africa. Our stay began with Nox Rentals upgrading us to their penthouse a few weeks prior to our arrival! There couldn't have been a better place to end our honeymoon. The location, the view and the apartment itself were fabulous- like something out of a movie! We were greeted with wine and flowers on arrival and the owner of the Nox Rental properties who happened to be staying in the apartment below greeted us personally with a bottle of champagne! Ozzi (sp?) who met us the day we arrived and who was there they day we left couldn't have been more helpful. Everything that you could possibly need is provided in the suite. And its this attention to detail that sets the Nox Rentals apart from the rest. Although our stay was short, we absolutely loved it!!! We hope to return for a longer stay in the summer soon!

Fantastic views, excellent location, high quality apartment with wonderful hospitality from the owners. The only negative I have was with the service I received from agent Nox Rentals - asked if we could check out 2 hours later than the normal 11am if the property was not let. The agent never bothered to get back to me. This is in stark contrast to my previous weeks experience when we let a Waterfront property through atlantic Marina, who couldn't do enough to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.

As soon as we entered the penthouse, it was WHOAH ! You seem to be diving into the sea. The roar of the waves, the big bay windows, the lovely decorated apartment, 5 star kitchen. Very well located as 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. I spent hours just lying on the bed looking at the ocean. Magic. We liked every minute of our stay in the Penthouse. I truly hope we will come back to Camps Bay one day and stay there again. NOX personel was there when we arrived and when we left and the landlady was charming.

This was our second stay at Camps Bay Terrace Penthouse and we enjoyed it just as much as our original experience. The property is beautiful and very nicely maintained. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish and welcoming. Beyond this, the location of the property is absolutely perfect with Camps Bay restaurants, bars and beaches only 10 minutes walk away. The small but fully functional kitchen also gives a really nice option of staying in and preparing a meal to enjoy on the terrace as the sun sets over the ocean. All in all, for accomodation, location, features and value for money, Camps Bay Terrace Penthouse is one of the best vacation/holiday rentals I have ever experienced or could imagine. We rented the penthouse and I must say it's realy lovely. The only problem I had was that the owner complaned that the dishwasher was making a noise so she heard it downstairs. This was supposed to be checked by yourselfs. So did not realy appreciate the complaint when it had nothing to do with us realy. For the money that you pay for this penthouse I expected a little bit more. The noise of all the building going on on either sides was very distracting as well. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

In our dealing with Nox Rentals we had some slight hick ups initially as the rented flat was not available. This was however solved swiftly by offering us an upgrade with the CBT Penthouse. This is a truely exceptional property and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this penthouse. The view is 'out of this world' and the property is well laid out and in a quiete surrounding. The welcome and the service over our stay was exceptional good from Nox Rentals. We hope that we can soon come again to Cape Town.

Organisation und Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes war absolut professionell., schnell und stets kosntruktiv und hilfreich. Innocent war eine hervorragende Hilfe.
Das Apartment ist ein absoluter Traum mit unfassbar schönem Blick, sehr geräumigen Zimmern, separaten Badezimmern. Die tägliche Reinigung wurde diskret und profesionell gemacht. Die Lage zu allen Restaurants und zum Strand ist kurz (max 8 min)!

Meine Frau und ich waren für 13 Tage zu Gast bei Richard.

Das Team von NOX (Eine Art Wohnungsverwaltung) war immer und jederzeit erreichbar.
Vor allem Gideon und Innocent haben sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute um uns gekümmert und extra eine Chat Gruppe für uns gegründet, um jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen zu können.

Die Wohnung hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht und ist absolut nicht zu toppen….jeden Abend fantastische Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was aber nicht schlimm ist. Hinzu kommt, dass eine Vielzahl von Restaurants innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar sind.
Ebenso wie Supermärkte, Geschäfte und der Strand.

Tägliches Saubermachen und Handtuchwechsel waren ebenfalls inklusive, haben wir aber nur dreimal genutzt.

Fazit: Ein wundervolles und fantastisches Penthouse. Auch wenn es nicht zu den günstigen zählt, war der Preis gerechtfertigt. Bei 4 Personen (dafür ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden) relativiert sich der Preis nochmal.

The apartment was immaculate! Perfect location, just a 5 min stroll down the hill to the main road in Camps Bay and the beach. The plunge pool was perfect after a full day exploring. Both bedrooms are very spacious with great bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need too. No complaints at all!

Warm personal welcome.
Continuous check ins to make sure our stay was comfortable and to our satisfaction. Superb getaway for both families and couples.... Couples would definitely enjoy the penthouse apartment, I know my husband and I did.. The entire penthouse apartment boasts a panoramic view of the ocean. Not forgetting the plungepool for sundowners, braai facilities and a fireplace for that romantic setting indoors. As you can see... Nothing has been left out. Guaranteed its a great spot to be when in camps bay.

Couldn't recommend this place more. The setting is insane. Has everything you need. Very clean and great beds and facilities. Highly recommend. Only criticism was that no new guests were coming the day after us but we still had to check out at 11. This kind of flexibility can be really beneficial to guests so worth being flexible if possible! But that's only a small point. Very happy with our stay !

Fantastic penthouse in a amazing location. Views to die for, be it sunsets or seeing whales out at sea. Very easy walk down to the seafront bars and restaurants (and shops - but none of them sell alcohol!) and the city and Cape tours stop there as well. The apartment is stunning, beds are comfortable and the team managing it all are great. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, every room have 180 degree sea view, large space, can invite friends for dinner or braai on patio with view of wonderful sunsets.
Fireplace keeps us cozy even on rainy days, thanks for owner, thank you landlord to sending me a lot of firewood.
Kitchen has every thing you need for, it really a home away from my home.
parking in front of entrance, very convenient.

shower head in main shower room have water leakage, hard to use. Told agent on day two, it wasn't fixed yet until we check out on day 5. Maybe need more time to fix.

Absolutely beautiful property with the most incredible views. Beds were amazing. Staff put on the heated blankets for us so when we arrived that night we could get unto warm beds as it was cold weather. loved the thoughtfulness. Loved the fireplace in the lounge stocked with everything you needed, amazing little plunge pool that would be great in summer. The whole experience was outstanding.

Loadshedding is a problem in SA. It was mentioned in the propertry description that the property has solar power and emergency battery backup, but unfortunately this system did not work and we were left in darkness.

The location is absolutely amazing! 180 degree uninterrupted views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps bay! The property is very close to the beachfront area with lots of dining options. The property itself was beautifully appointed and we absolutely loved our stay. would visit again in a heartbeat!

we were the unfortunate victims of an electrical fault that meant we didn’t have power the last night and morning. whilst this was certainly inconvenient, the staff came out at 10pm to assess the situation, were extremely helpful and friendly, and helped us make arrangements to get our laundry dried early the following morning so we could pack. We felt very supported despite the inconvenience:-)

We loved the situation of the property, the views of both the mountains and the sea , it was a beautiful home away from home. The owners were very proactive and welcoming, invited us for sundowners and offered help and advice an added something special was flowers put in the flat.

The only thing that would have made it better was if the DST worked, we had a number of times we could not watch a program we were following.

Eine unglaublich schöne Unterkunft in Camps Bay, die wir ausnahmslos empfehlen. Das Penthouse ist perfekt gelegen. Der Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind sogar fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Penthouse bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich die Aussicht. Wir haben selten eine derartig tolle Aussicht genossen. Die Bucht, die 12 Apostel, Wale und Robben im Meer und einen grandiosen Sonnenuntergang !
Das Housekeeping und die tägliche Poolreinigung war auch sehr angenehm.
Was will man mehr ?! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What an amazing place! The pictures just can't do it justice. To wake up surrounded by mother nature is truly unbelievable. Everything from start to finish was impeccable with Gila and Chris as hosts. Really welcoming and felt like part of the family! Ideally located just a short walk from beaches, grocery, coffee and restaurants - you will be spoiled for choice. Already planning the next time we can come back and stay. We stayed for a couple of days but wish it could have been longer. The property is in a spectacular setting looking out to see and down the coast with the 12 Apostles as a backdrop.
It’s very roomy, furnished and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you’d need but with the Camps Bay mile a few minutes walk away you may not need it !
Clint and Jaryd were very helpful with our check in and out - thanks to both.
All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Rudi was able to speedily assist with any problems. The best in assisting with any problems.

Only problem was with the electricity. It tripped several times.
Being a self catering place as well. A few food storage containers would be great, for leftover food items.
Wifi in the bathroom with the bath is not stable.

My family had an amazing time at this residence. The views were stunning and the access to stores and restaurants was extremely convenient. Whats more, after a fun day of Cape Town adventures you come back home to a spotless apartment thanks to the cleaning services (if you have kids you know how heavenly that sounds). I would highly recommend this residence.
