Location of the property was perfect, short walk down the hill to Camps Bay. Having house keeping is a nice touch as it’s not something you usually get from an Air bnb, the Nox team we’re there on arrival to check in and very attentive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was great, very clean, safe, well equipped, great view and walking distance to restaurants and I liked the convenience of their online store. I was able to order groceries in the house so they were there when I arrived. We used messaging to communicate, and they always responded. We only had two minor issues - 1. the dishwasher did not have power. The y responded the housekeeper would get back to us, but we never heard back. Housekeepers came during the week which solved the problem, but you needed an extension cord to hook up the dishwasher which was not explained. 2. The place had a battery backup for the load shedding times which was great. provided lights, tv, outlets and WIFI. Did not provide major appliances or A/C which was fine. After the second night the battery did not recharge. messaged NOX and they responded would have someone come out the next day as it was late. nobody came and then we left the following day. Overall great place. Will stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement qui nous a semblé être une maison. Tres confortable avec une vue imprenable sur de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Un regal. Nous avons particulierement apprecié l’emplacement. La place de campsbay est accessible à pied ainsi que les commerces. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine un peu juste en équipements mais chaque demande faite à nox (torchons, tasses) a été très vite traitée. Merci aussi pour l’arrivée tardive à 1h du matin suite retard de notre vol !

The apartment itself was fine but we encountered a few issues during our stay which concerned the front gate due to problems with the lock and the delays in replacing the keys all of which was documented and communicated to Nox.

Friendly host and beautiful location.
Beds were ridiculously uncomfortable in every room. Additionally, the unit shares a wall with a businessman who gets up very early and talks loudly on the phone. We felt like we needed to whisper. We asked for beach towels and received them two days later, the electric fence malfunctioned and shocked one of our group members... You're better off elsewhere.

Suite à un problème technique, Nox était injoignable pendant les 2 jours précédents notre arrivée.
Nous avons dû contacter la plate forme air bnb (particulièrement réactive et efficace) qui a résolu le problème très rapidement.
Cela était stressant du fait de notre arrivée dans la nuit.
Nox a ensuite été au top.

What an incredible place! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I was not prepared to walk into such a stunning home, and my jaw was truly on the floor when we first saw the place. The views can't be beat, and the architecture is striking (very cool that you can see the side of the pool from the downstairs bathroom!). We had a very relaxing stay and wished we could've stayed for much longer. The Wifi is strong, the washer and dryer worked great, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces was a nice touch. We walked to and from Camps Bay with no issues. The Nox team also went completely above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable—this is a team you can rely on. Couldn't be more thankful to them. Hope to be back someday!

The Coral Sea house was superb! It was in a great location with lovely views out to the sea. The sunsets were simply bliss. The bedrooms were spacious, and we had a nice surprise seeing the downstairs bathroom had a view into the pool. Cool design! We would definitely stay again.

First of all I have to say: Thank you, Nox Team! They were extremly helpful and patient with us when we didn‘t yet know whether we‘d be able to make it to Cape Town because of the pandemic.

The first impression of the house is just amazing. The view is as spectacular as it looks here in the pictures. You fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. The location is perfect. Very good place to get around and you can walk to a lot of great food options.

Small thing we’d maybe change is the quality of the matrasses. And there seems to be a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen. Other than that: a perfect stay!

This place is fantastic. You cannot be the location. The view of the water is slightly blocked by some trees, but still stunning. The cleaning crew coming each day was a very nice touch. We had a great stay.

easy access to main roads and restaurants and beaches
walking distance to camps bay beach area and restaurants
quiet location with great scenery

for the level of accommodation, we would have liked bath/shower soap in bathrooms
no braai facility, would prefer having a Webber on site - you don't want to go to a restaurant every night
very limited tupperware, bowls and kitchen towels
DSTV not working properly, could not watch any sport channels or regular programs we like watching. Signal very bad, don't think the unit has its own satellite dish

The location was great with an exceptional view.

The quality of the furniture was not of the level of the property or the cost, it seems like any old furniture the owner had was used in the apartment. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The linen was poor quality. Most of the cutting knives were rusted and broke. The pots were old and poor quality. There was no grocery cupboard. The decoder TV quality was extremely poor. The owners office was via an interleading door. He would start his work on speaker phone before 8am and everything could be heard in the apartment which was a disturbance and made us want to be quite in the kitchen, which made us very uncomfortable. This seems like an owner who had an adjoining apartment that they decided to furnish with whatever they could find and are not from any hospitality background.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The pool was amazing with an aquarium-like feature from a bathroom below. The home is comfortable and tastefully done. Service from host was excellent.
I would definitely recommend.
