We absolutely loved our stay!! The apartment was beautiful, and the views were incredible! Easy to walk into Camps Bay with all the restaurants and beaches. I would 100% return!! Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Great stay here - it was all about the view of course! The whole of the family enjoyed how easy the flat was to stay in and the bathrooms are huge. Highly recommend.

The penthouse was extremely pretty, so pretty that the views take your breath away. Literal gem in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The private parking & heating/ac in every room made it super convenient. They let us do the early check-in however they also sent the cleaner at 9:30 am in the checkout day. I didn’t love the fact that we had to communicate with multiple nox hosts, the listing mentions washer which was a requirement for us however the washer was broken, the sink leaked during our stay as well. they sent the maid service every other day and they were nice enough to take our laundry and bring them back before we left. The views & the terraces are so breathtaking that none of the inconvenience matters. Would definitely stay again

NOX was a great place to stay. The view was stunning and the host was responsive. The Power shedding affected our stay the two days since the generator is solar and it was cloudy, however it improved later as more sunny weather settled in. I would definitely stay in this place next time i visit Cape Town again.

We really wanted to love this home; the views are incredible and worth five stars. I feel this property used to be 5-star but, unfortunately, has become a bit run-down and needs a refresh.
A couple of key areas of improvement:
+ Bathrooms all smelled a little like sewage, and the water pressure was non-existent
+ The master bedroom's bed reading lights were broken and just hanging there in disrepair
+ The pool cleaning device was left in the pool for the duration of our stay and did not appear to be on or functioning (it was too cold to get into)
+ The power blackout shade in the living room broke in the down position during our stay and could not be fixed (we had to manually pin it up) so we could still enjoy the view.
+ The load-shedding generator did not work on the final night leaving us in darkness and disabling the building's security system. (this might not be the unit's fault)

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay Mike. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and we continue to grow and improve from all guest feedback. We would like to address your concerns raised in your review. The water pressure was due to water restrictors that were put in place when we were experiencing our last drought, and we are having them removed as our dams are now back to 100%, thankfully. We acknowledge that the lights in the bedroom were indeed broken and they are being replaced, thank you for pointing this out. We would like to clarify that the inverter on the property is fully functional and capable of providing backup power to the property. It appears that there was a misunderstanding regarding its settings during your stay. We train our hosts to inform all of our guests about the inverter as well as not to change any settings. We do understand that the main switch had been adjusted which is why it wasn't functioning accordingly. We would also like to acknowledge the amenities mentioned such as the pool pump and blinds, please note these are fully functional yet are not powered during the load shedding hours as they draw too much energy/power from the inverter which then drains the batteries. We apologise if this was not made clear on check in with your hosts. Your feedback has already helped us enhance our guest communication and overall experience . We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much-improved experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location - Oliver was very responsive and prompt with communication, and the view and amenities were exactly as described. It made all the difference for our time in Cape Town, and we would happily stay here again. Still, we would have appreciated more communication and instructions regarding how to operate the house's sound, heating, and kitchen appliances. We also would have liked a heads up before several people showed up at the front door and began moving large furniture onto the deck. Housekeeping also showed up unannounced at one point and let themselves in through the locked front door.

We’re regulars to Cape Town and we loved staying here. It’s a quick walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and if you’re a runner it’s a great location for a scenic jog.

We stayed with two kids and a baby and it’s very accessible for the kiddos.

The view was sensational and since we stayed over a cold weekend we managed to stay very warm while overlooking the windy sea.

This home was perfect! The house is stunning, well appointed with amenities to immediately feel like you can settle right in. The views are so beautiful from the patio and the private pool was perfect. It is within easy walking distance to the village of Camps Bay - groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops and wonderful restaurants - and beautiful beaches.
This is literally one of the best Air BnB’s I’ve stayed in over 9 years of travel.
Great communication with the hosts made everything so easy too.

We stayed with 5 members of the family on a vacation. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom has a view of the ocean. There is also a nice balcony to have a drink and look at the ocean. You can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes.

Amazing location, great views and a spacious apartment with everything you need. The rental company (Nox) were brilliant, they went out of their way to accommodate our very early arrival by helping with bag and transporting us to the property, we also had questions on how some of modern electronic appliances worked, which were promptly answered on their 24/7 roaming mobile phone. The only negative was the building works taking place in the neighboring property but it was only in the week and until 4pm - tricky to avoid building works as there continues to be lots of new build / refurbishments taking place in the Camps Bay Area. A very special thank you to try pleasant house keeper who cleaned up after us each morning.

I booked the Houghton Penthouse for a four day stay with my family as part of a 10 day stay in South Africa and the apartment made the whole holiday. Everything about the experience was exceptional, the customer service was impeccable and the apartment was truly out of this world.
The living space had been thoughtfully designed with all bedrooms looking out to the amazing sea view with our en suite bathroom framing the 12 apostles.
You will not be disappointed if you are to stay in this apartment, trust me!

This is just an amazing property. Brilliant view / facilities / location. You name it, this place has it. Was a great place to relax and unwind as well as being close to some excellent food in Camps Bays and on transport for all the other Cape Towney things you'd want to do. Highly recommended.
