Amazing apartment, even better than the photos if that's possible! The best apartment I have ever stayed in and incredible value for money. Great location, very well equipped apartment and beautiful views of Table Mountain from the balcony/window seats. Would highly recommend, we were very sad to leave

We had a great stay! We were supposed to stay 4 nights but due to cancelled flights, we were only able to stay 1. The host was extremely responsive and flexible with all the issues we were having. Olaf met us at the property to get us checked in, and was very nice and helpful! The space is so beautiful and unique, and I was really sad to only have one night. The views of both Lion’s Head and Table Mountain are outstanding. The property is right downtown and within walking distance of the main attractions. If we ever make it back to Cape Town, we will stay here again!

The apartment is very big and nicely decorated. The view is amazing.
It is in the CBD.
It offers safe location once inside and safe parking.
The lady doing the cleaning.
The cleanliness/ dusting is not great.
Some equipment like oven are not working.
Front door is not very strong.
It is right above dealer area and so need to be careful around and when entering the building. Mitigated by private militias in the area.

I spent a lot of time deciding if I should rate it 4 or 5 stars. I will start with the pros:

I was sad to check out of the airbnb cuz the actual apartment itself is one of the most stunning places I've ever stayed. It is so full of charm and character. The balcony views are amazing. The decor is next level and all the little decorations around the home is something straight out of a magazine.

In terms of negative, we weren't aware to get in and out of the apartment building you have to give both passport + fingerprint, which seems a bit intrusive. But I get it, that's how the building security is. The downside is that after giving my fingerprint, it didn't work until the last day of my stay, so any time I came in or out, I had to explain the whole situation to the security guard. Another con is that from my understanding, since COVID, that area has really taken a turn for the worst. Our uber drivers would lock the doors as we got near and warn us not to walk around at night
