lovely place , beautiful view very central. Easy access to the beach using elevator to the 1st beach clifton... only thing is in the area there is construction going on, so if u not at yhe place to much u won't notice...but there are times where it came be annoying but didn't disturb us too much....otherwise overall we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful sea views the location is good, they nespresso machine, if u want they clean the apartment most days, all friendly. Access to the beach
They have construction next door which spoilt a big part of the vacation they should of informed us, cos they did not stop Jack hammering the whole day for our whole stay except on sunday and PH ....this was a big issue for us... that was the major issue which made our stay unpleasant

This was magical! Just like the photos and even better! The walk on the beach was just what I needed and resting on the bed looking at the ocean!
Nox was amazing with check-in and even remembered a lot of personal things of us and helped with the bags and sorted out any questions that we had! Can’t wait to be back!

The location - stunning views!
The fact that the booking process with Nox as well as Superhog complicated the process and with additional admin costs.
The dstv did not work during our stay, although there was an attempt and explanation as to why it wasn’t working.
The WiFi was intermittent.

Posizione superlativa, camera da letto con grande finestra dalla quale si gode di un fantastico panorama molto ampio di Clifton beach. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Luogo sicuro. Pulizie giornaliere. Parcheggio privato con spazio dedicato.

Non mi è piaciuta la cauzione di 500$ trattenuta per circa un mese. Prima di chiedere ciò bisognerebbe controllare che tutto funzioni nel momento in cui io entro e così non è stato. Le tende ombreggianti esterne non funzionavano e sarebbero invece state molto utili per rinfrescare la stanza dato il sole diretto del pomeriggio. Le due Tv non funzionavano. Se io rompo qualcosa devo pagare, ma se trovo qualcosa che non funziona il prezzo pagato rimane lo stesso. Non è giusto.

Marella is a fabulous apartment overlooking Clifton beach. Check in by Nox Rentals was very efficient and helpful and the apartment is kept in tip-top shape by very thorough cleaning every day. Lots of very thoughtful touches like coffee pods and fresh milk being made avialable

Lovely apartment. Well stocked with the basics such as coffee, tea and toilet paper which was convenient. Right on the beach - spectacular location.

So many emails and messages prior to checking in and multiple hurdles to jump through. The lock did not feel secure.

Our stay at 46 Valhalla was excellent. The property is a 25 minute walk from Camps Bay. After checking out, later in the day our son was ill and they let us back into the property to bath him before we headed for a 12 hour flight home. We felt was above and beyond. Would recommend.

A beautiful apartment in a great location with amazing views. However, no backup power in the apartment or in the building makes it completely unsuitable to stay in the loadshedding. During loadshedding, there no no lights (other than two portable torches), no wifi, no lifts etc.

Was not told any of this before checking in. Had to move out after one nighr. Excellent service from Nox, and they refunded money, however this should be advertised upfront

The location is the best thing about the property. Everything was very seamlessly managed.

The building is a bit aged and nothing in the apartment has changed from my last visit in 2018. It would have been nice to see things be maintained and refreshed.

Marella is located at one of best localities in Cape Town. We were 2 families and booked Marella as it had 2 rooms. Booking.com wasnt clear if this property had 2 bathrooms and i am hoping with this review its clear to everyone that this property has 2 bathrooms, one with master beedroom and other next to 2nd bedroom.

The location is amazing. Right on the beach, its a great place just to hear the ocean 24/7 and watch beautiful sunsets and storms. Wonderful!

There were some issues with the TV and internet. But the internet problem was fixed creatively and that was fine for us.

Very nice place, although the outside if the building facing the beach is worn and could use maintenance,especially in comparison to the neighboring buildings. Nice apartment, daily cleaning is nice, safe needs to be sorted out. Lovely beach!

The location, apartment and beach access is perfect for beach lovers. Waking up to crashing waves was just so relaxing, even without a balcony we enjoyed the big sliding windows which brought the beach to our bedroom and lounge area.

- located directly on Clifton 1 beach - with breathtaking views and sunsets from all parts of this very spacious corner apartment.
- fully fitted / equipped with everything we needed, and appreciated the beach towels and nespresso machine.
- free, secure parking.
Note both bathrooms have showers which are not shown in pics.

- admin schlep with paying deposit - not sure why rental agent can’t take a holding deposit rather than a full payment which takes 7 days to refund on account.
- lounge set could do with a makeover and entrance door locking mechanism could be replaced (I could not operate it so always needed assistance which was a bother).

Only one night, but it felt like home instantly . Fantastic reception on arrival, friendly, helpful , breath taking views and the place it’s well looked after . We will definitely return in the near future.
