For my experience the apartment was very modern but not very clean like the carpet was overused. And not clean enough also the bed , and billows was not not clean enough and the sound cancellation is terrible. We heard the other apartment nocking the wall which in comfort. Over all, the host was very great his name Peter . We came for honeymoon and they give us honeymoon gift . But you need to check every thing is clean before you check in and the places should sprayed against mosquitoes ?

The place and neighborhood are nice. Entry instructions were unclear, the host didn't meet me when agreed upon, and there were multiple key boxes for the same apartment number, which felt weird

Amazing unit. Decorated beautifully. Would have loved a map because we literally didn't know a whole mall was in walking distance to the place. A lot of popular restaurants are also in the area. If we come back we would definitely stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The Sectional was the home away from home.

Very good apartment is a great location - highly recommended for many types of travelers, particularly business and holiday travelers who need access to Waterfront, Greenpoint, City Centre etc.
Host and their team were very communicative and also helpful, including being flexible regarding stipulations.
Only thing to note is that, not only do you need to register all guests (which is normal) but you have to declare and register visitors beforehand at check-in which seemed quite excessive & draconian to me (if in town to meet some mates, anyone not declared from outset banned from coming over to say watch the rugby? weird to me).
Otherwise highly recommend as long as you're also aware of said dormroom-esque/prison-style visitation caveat

This apartment is perfect. It looks amazing, the kitchen has all the appliances you could need, plenty linen and towels and is close to basically everything. The host made us feel at home and was constantly communicating to make sure we were taken of.
I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was nicely appointed and it was my wedding anniversary so we were met with a dozen roses, champagne and a bag of treats which was so very nice of them to do. The location is very centrally located and had both restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

What can even be said except nothing short of amazing. I was torn between going out and staying in - That's how comfortable the place is.

The entire building is not affected by Loadshedding which immediately competes with other properties on Airbnb. The Smarts TVs in the lounge and bedroom made it perfect for when you're chilling in bed or chilling on the comfy couch.

The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed - Most places don't offer capsules for the Nespresso machine, nor milk and coffee. Plus, the fact that they provided bathrobes for each us to use when getting out of the amazing shower.

The location was pretty decent. Really close to a Spar, right next door to restaurants and pretty much central to everything in the Waterfront and the CBD.

I'm definitely returning.

The only thing we would note is their is no air con in the bedroom but this was not a huge deal.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very clean and modern. exactly what the pictures looks like. thank you for an easy and convenient check in and check out! one thing i loved about this place is that it’s very very safe. location is great too, close to shops and restaurants.
best part is the very soft and comfortable bed! and that i got to wash and dry my clothing in the washing machine ? very convenient.

Very clean and functional one bedroom. Daily cleaning is a nice touch.
Secure parking onsite is a big plus if you have a car.
The music from the surrounding bars downstairs can be loud on weekends, although manageable. I wish new buildings come with standard triple-glazed windows.

Attractive apartment, with everything you could need (and then some).
Natural light in living area and bedroom. View over surrounding buildings, trees and sea glimpses.
Safe & accessible parking.
Spotlessly clean.
Central location with access to a range of restaurants and supermarket within 10 minutes’ walk. However, watch out for the local scam - there are no street protests just down the road, nor movie filming that require a paid access permit ?.

The booking/registration/ arrival process was the most complex I have ever endured. On booking two complex texts arrived immediately, requiring a Nox (rental agency) form and a three-part application via Superhog, as well as a £200 deposit.
Even when I’d completed these forms I continued to receive reminders.
I then had multiple emails, texts and Whatapp messages confirming my arrival time & process, from both owners of the rental agency (who didn’t appear to speak to each other). Great apartment, but they really need to streamline their processes.
