This listing was great for a long stay.
The area is very quiet and safe and the listing is ‘as advertised’ - being a 3 bed, 3.5 bath, with beautiful views, a private rooftop and a pool.
The host is easy to communicate with and is very responsive (thanks to Sinethemba and Peter).
The listing was cleaned almost daily during my stay (a special thanks to Vuvu for always keeping the apartment clean).
Overall a great stay.

Perfect place to stay in Capetown
We had an absolutely perfect stay in Capetown. The apartment was fabulous and the location excellent quiet and safe but within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and even the hoho bus. We particularly wish to commend Stanley Chikangara, the property manager, whose helpfulness was beyond belief. We rented a car and there was easy, protected parking on site. After a long trip we loved the excellent washer and dryer and the completely equipped kitchen. We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend heartily to any friend.

Great location with beautiful surroundings. Our kids really enjoyed the rooftop pool and being able to walk to most places. The host was also quite responsive.

The location, staff, and rooftop deck at this stay are all amazing.
The complex this unit is a part of seems to have some issues though: one of the bathrooms had a strong mildew/sewage smell for the entire stay that rendered it unusable, and the smell seeped into the adjacent room making it hard to stay in that room as well.
We also experienced a roof leak about halfway through our stay. The staff responded promptly, but it was another hiccup in our experience.
If not for these issues it would have easily been a 5-star stay.

This air Bnb was fantastic! We were looked after really well by Peter who was on call for any questions and assistance we needed he was super friendly and very helpful and communicated ver quickly via (Hidden by Airbnb)
Our house service lady vuyo was also fantastic and even helped us to work the oven which we could not figure out she was amazing
The location is brilliant really close to everything the rooms and place are even better than the photos
The property is secured with a gate and a 24 hour security guard sat at reception
If I had to really pick anything we did not like was only 1 champagne glass available when apartment services 6 guests and the power Would cut off during the night meaning loss of lights and wifi For a short time some days.
That said we would absolutely come back and thank you for having us
