What to do for Halloween in Cape Town

Halloween is a really fun time of year and it's great to see Cape Town starting to really take to the idea of celebrating it. Even though we may notgo all out like some other countries, we have some pretty fun things going on.Dress up to scare or delight, trick or treat, it's all in good fun. Cape Town Zombie Walk

A great event for the whole family, including your dogs! This annualwalk is taking place on Saturday the 28th and invites you to dress up to scare the streets of Cape Town. This event also raises funds for local charities. Tickets are on sale here from R80-R250 and you can also make a charitable donation. If you're looking for more information visit their website.

Mystery Ghost Bus Tours

Happening on the 28th this is a fun and a terrifying tour. It starts from Ferrymans in the Waterfront andgives you a rather different view of Cape Town. Guests are encouraged to of course dress up and it's for ages 13+. Book your tickets here for R394.

Wiggle Waggle Howl-o-ween walk

Come join in for a fun walk throughTokai with your family. Find your doggies favourite outfit and let them dress up with you. You can get your tickets here.

Movie Night - Galileo Open Air Theatre

The Galileo is an different kind of movie experience. Showing on Halloween (31st) this year is Dawn of the Dead. If you love a good scary movie out in the open this is your event. Taking place at Bloemendal Wine Estate tickets can be bought here.

Halloween Games Night

Hosted by the Edison Way Crossfit, join this team for a fun-filled night of games and a spooky quiz to end off the night. Don't forget to dress up because there's a prize for the best dressed! They can be contactedfor more information.

Halloween Forest Night Run

As if Halloween is not creepy enough! Join this bunch for a night of fun and maybe a bit of terror. The event is taking place at Muratie Wine Estate in Stellenbosch and is a trail run through the vineyards. Don't forget to dress up and take a headlamp with you.
