How to Pay when booking a Nox Group Property through Booking.com
Thank you for booking one of our properties through Booking.com. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!
Please note that when confirming your reservation on Booking.com, although you are inputting your credit card details, payment is not taken by Booking.com.
Payment is in fact taken by us, however Booking.com does not send all of your credit card details through to us for security reasons. They only send through the credit card PAN number and the expiry date. In order for us to charge your card for payment for your accommodation, we require the CVC (security code) number, which is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.
We realise that this may seem out of the ordinary, but we can assure you that you will not be paying twice for the accommodation.
One of our consultants will be in touch with you in order to obtain your CVC code for the card you gave when making your reservation on Booking.com. Alternatively, if you are not happy supplying us with the CVC code, we are able to send you a secure online payment link for you to make payment for the reservation. Both these methods will incur a 5% surcharge.
You are also able to pay by EFT, direct deposit and international transfer if preferred.
