Guest Complimentaries; Hospitality Items & Kitchen Inventories

As part of Nox Rentals’ Brand & Hospitality standards, we provide each booking with the following items:

  • Tea – Rooibos & English Breakfast
  • Coffee – Ciro instant sachets
  • Sugar – White & Brown
  • Sweetener
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Milk

Going forward, we will continue to supply these items but would like to encourage all partners to work with us to give each and every guest a hassle-free and memorable stay. Where properties have certain amenities like Nespresso coffee machines, Weber BBQ’s, fireplaces etc we will purchase various supplies to ensure that all appliances and provisions can be used to it’s full effect. Examples of items include (but are not limited to):

  • Nespresso pods
  • Coffee beans
  • Fire wood
  • Charcoal (bbq)
  • Gas (fireplace/kitchen)
  • Firelighters / Blitz
  • Batteries
  • Light bulbs
  • Candles
  • Matches
  • Emergency torch
  • Oil diffusers / refills
  • Bottled water
  • Comp Mini-Bar
  • Salt & pepper refills

Stock of all Guest complimentary items will now be stored in a lockable cupboard at the property. Your PRO/Senior Host will identify a suitable cupboard in which to store this stock and regular stock take and audits will be performed to ensure that all items are accounted for. All items purchased on your behalf will reflect on your monthly statement so please note that you should expect operational charges to your account for the above from time to time. 

In addition to the complimentary items, we will store a list of essential cutlery and crockery stock within this cupboard. This should assist in topping up where items break or go missing.

Wall – mounted storage boxes for safe keys

Property safe keys have,  to date, been stored at our offices in Camps Bay. We have made the decision to place wall mounted, 4-digit combination safes in each property in order to safely store the keys at the property.

Your PRO/Senior Host will locate an area against which the little box will be mounted. The 4 digit combination will only ever be known by the PRO and handed over in the event of the safe needing to be unlocked. The PRO will be accountable for resetting the code after each access.

We are confident that this will assist guests in the future; avoiding unnecessary waiting for members of the team to get to the property when time is of the essence.

The cost of these safes are R500 each.
