Great location , spacious , comfy beds and furniture , lovely modern kitchen, wifi worked well , no loadshedding.
The apartment is a little tired in certain areas and needs a refresh as that let's it down. Small things , needing a paint , bathroom door needs replacing, it's old and cannot lock.

Great host, very responsive and helpful with everything. The property had a great central location and modern interior with all the amenities a normal house would have( AC, WiFi, hair dryer, washing machines, etc). Great stay

My favourite place that we stayed at at in Cape Town. Clean, modern furnishing. The area is very safe and quiet. We felt right at home.

The home was beautiful however, the cleaning staff would not clean under the beds, couches and TV stand in the lounge. This made the home a little unsightly. We also had issues with the geyser where on the first day the water wasn’t hot.
Other than the cleaning and hot water issue, this place is very central and ideal.
Would definitely recommend.

It was a great stay and a great place to get to all around Cape Town. A good pest control is needed as bed bug bites experience in the main bedroom. It was always clean and Rosy was great.

Very enjoyable stay at Nox's rental. The staff were friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. Location was central, private, quiet, and spacious. Great space for 3 adults and 2 young kids. Secured underground parking with easy access to the townhome. Best part is no loadshedding. The fireplace didn't work well but we enjoyed the heater for the cold winter days. The maid comes daily and kept our place looking like a fresh hotel room everyday! She was very sweet and we trusted her in our place while we were out.

My family and I enjoyed the space very much. It was better than what we had hoped for. Great location right next to V&A and beautiful surroundings. The rental unit was spectacular, very spacious, clean, beautiful and cosy. We felt right at home and well taken care of. Thank you to the team.

We had an awesome stay at De Waterkant. Our host, Sinethemba,was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. We felt right at home. The jacuzzi bathtub was amazing and the warm towel rack was the cherry on top. Walking distance from Spar, Spar Tops and not far from the V&A waterfront.

Nice location, get safe, good communication, property presented nicely but a bit rough around the edges and could do with a refurb.
There was an issue with the shower not draining properly and shower water would flood into bedrooms. Good comms from Nox though, who will hopefully resolve this for next visitors.

The unit was beautifully furnished with all amenities listed. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge area. You cannot open the windows in the bedrooms which was a bit disappointing as you would need to keep the air-conditioning going.

The kitchen is a good size with all necessary items needed, although there are plenty lovely restaurants and places to eat around the area. There is enough parking with one garage and parking space available.

I had a lovely stay at this townhouse, it was exactly as described. The host met me at the place and showed me around, very responsive . I felt very much at home and it was a wonderful experience. Very clean and my stay was enjoyable. There are no complaints and i would highly recommend the place, 12 minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront. It is in a very hilly area( De Waterkant) thats the only downside but all in all it is very good value for money.
