Wow! Most appropriately describes the apartment. Safety and security top of the list. Spectacular views, access to the waterfront within walking distance. I loved every moment of my stay there.

Gulmarn 205 hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und vorherige Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung hatte einen großen Balkon mit Sitz- und Essecke und hervorragendem Ausblick. Wir hatten vereinbart, dass 2-mal pro Woche gereinigt wird. Stets zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir konnten ohne Komplikationen gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein späteres Check-out vereinbaren. In 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß direkt an der Waterfront. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein ganz kleines Manko, der nächste Supermarkt war etwas zu weit entfernt. Ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg.

Totaal niet meewerken met klantgedachten. Ze gebruiken wasmachine terwijl je het appartement hebt afgehuurd. En als je wat vraagt zeggen ze...sorry hebben we niet, zoek maar ander onderkomen. Schandalig voor deze prijs en buurt!!!

L'appartement est super bien localisé à 2 pas de waterftont. Très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et joliment décoré. On s'y sent bien. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

205 Gulmarn is a beautifully appointed and secure apartment with everything you could need in a perfect location. Having a low building on the other side of the canal ( pool and gym) has afforded lovely views over the waterfront and wheel from the large terrace. A short walk to restaurants shopping and with the hop-on hop-off bus (and canal boat) very close, experiencing CapeTown from here is easy. Lovely hosts and highly recommended.

Host was very nice and helpful,check in/check out was very smooth,daily cleaning was provided at time requested.This place was just great for our 9days vacation (very clean , great location & very high security.
