it was not clean - hairs in the draws - place mats were covered in sticky food - shower sealant was coming off.
blinds in the main bedroom are not blackout - people at the opposite hotel were taking pictures of us changing. very uncomfortable experience

Absolutely amazing all around. Pictures do NOT do this place justice. The space is so so much larger and nicer than what we expected. Bedrooms are spacious, both bathrooms with tub and shower, the kitchen with full accommodations, a laundry machine, and the ROOF!! We saw one of our best sunsets of the trip on that roof. Great central locations to many places in Cape Town. Not to mention that a cleaning service came every day to provide fresh towels, make our bed, and tidy up… they even hung up our clothes that were in wash. Have never had service like that! Truly a perfect place for two couples traveling together!

This property exceeded my expectations! The rooftop pool is private to the property and offers incredible views of Seapoint. The property is also serviced daily by a cleaner which was great and beyond what we expected!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem unfassbaren Blick von der privaten Dachterrasse sowie Pool! Man kann die Sonnenuntergänge wunderbar genießen. Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer als diese auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls gestimmt und die Mitarbeiter von Nox sind immer zu erreichen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Klare Empfehlung!

Super schönes Apartment! Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Grill und einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht. Checkin und Checkout sowie die Kommunikation war super! Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

We had a wonderful time at the property, Jaco was very helpful, he even got our bags delivered to the property. Apartment has everything you might need during your stay and we enjoyed the BBQ and Pool area. Property is close to shops and restaurants which was a plus for us.

Overall Thank you, and will definitely recommend.

The location is good and the pool area is decent, but everything could be so much better.

Its clear that this is just seen as a rental apartment. There is nothing homely about it and quite sparsely decorated. The pool area could have much better furniture as well have cracked and broken tiles repaired. So much potential but some extra effort needs to be put in. On the other hand, it was reasonably priced but if they want to compete with other offerings, they will need to up their offering.

A beautiful and spacious apartment, exactly as advertised. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4! Wished we’d been there during better weather to make use of the rooftop pool — AMAZING views and sunsets! Wonderful location!

very modern, spacious and well designed apartment with a sea view and own pool

there was no blind in the living room and you can there used to be one there which meant a lot of light coming in when trying to chill on the sofa. otherwise no complaints

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement mit einer atemberaubenden Dachterrasse! Hier haben wir die Abende bei Braai und Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen. Der Check-in lief leider nicht so gut, da wir trotz vorheriger Ankündigung 1,5 Stunden warten mussten. Auch ein paar mehr Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt hätten wir uns gewünscht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage.

We stayed five days and loved it a lot. Maybe the next time we would stay longer. Parking, elevator, bathrooms, terrace, pool - all we needed.

Big spacious and bright apartment with beautiful views. Both bedrooms come with a big and spacious bathroom. The kitchen/livingroom space is also great. The views and the terrace with your own pool is just overwhelming.
I would only suggest to maybe put some plants on the terrace or some decoration because it seems quite empty.
There is also a maid coming every day who was very good and nice. Definitely would come back!

A really great apartment and location I would thoroughly recommend it.
The service was really good especially helping with all of the issues around pandemic related problems.
My only recommendation for Knox would to be to put black out blinds in the bedrooms.

This is a very nice place. On the down side, the view is obstructed by a construction in front of the apartment which was also quite loud on some days. However this was reflected in the price. Overall we had a great time. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. Thanks!

The apartment is amazing 2 very well appointed en-suite bedroom, big with closet space and big bathrooms with Bath and Separate Shower.

Living room, TV Room, Kitchen with latest appliances and the upstairs pool is amazing with a barbecue! Its stunning.

The only two cons is the new building just acros the street that is just being build (sometimes noise level can disturb) and no blackout curtains so in the fist rays of light you are awake.
