Penthouse w Private Pool in Trendy De Waterkant Loader Penthouse

The apartment was wonderful, in fact better than the pictures! It has amazing views, it is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and elegant and in a walking distance you can find nice restaurants and bars. We even went to the waterfront walking.

This place rocks! Everything as per description and outstanding architecture. It needs a little renovation but this is complaining on high level….OK the TV is really outdated, but who needs TV anyway.

Dieses Penthouse ist einer der schönsten Orte, wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kapstadt besuchen will. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und sehr sicheren Stadtteil. Cafés und Restaurants sind zu Fuß super zu reichen. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bilder. Die Aussichten in alle Richtungen sind atemberaubenden schön. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und der Service könnte nicht besser sein. Unkompliziert, freundlich, super hilfsbereit und vorbildlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Wonderful apartment run by a very professional company. Great views, huge space and very private. Daily cleaner who is lovely. Would definitely stay again. Only issue - A/C is in the bedroom so despite being able to open the sliding doors and create a breeze, when it's very hot outside it's very hot inside in the main living areas.

As per pictures. Nice views from terrace. Great Comm and service from Nox. Stylish place. Will need some TLC soon. The plumbing in the 2nd bathroom was blocked. The King size bed ....If you like a "firmish" mattress you will struggle

The property is pretty but it was not very clean. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty and the furnishings are not the best quality. But otherwise it is a pretty flat.

This penthouse is a dreamscape. The pool in the courtyard, airy feel of the living and social spaces and the rooftop terrace with its stunning views exceeded our expectations. Close to everything and very private. Will certainly stay here again when next in Cape Town.

This place was absolutely stunning. The views, the private pool, the rooftop patio with a wonderful view of Table Mountain and the bay, and the area around it!

I had a wonderful time here! The pictures really do not do this place justice! Very spacious, very clean, and our host Jaco was lovely.

On arrival we were greeted by Paul. The space is stunning, and in a great location. When questioned about the cleanliness, Paul was very apologetic, and said it had been rented out at the last minute.

The pool was filthy. The internet kept dropping out. No instructions how to work anything in the apartment. The lights wouldn't work. All problems were reported on day 1 to Kelly.

Issues raised on Air B and B platform, as per protocol. Kelly was extremely nice on the platform, however, when speaking to her she was very different.

Kelly was rude, argumentative, and verging on aggressive. She told me that I should not raise these points any further, and then told me that we should leave that afternoon. We were totally shocked, and this was reported to Air B and B.

It is clear that Kelly should not be working with the public and stick to an administrative role with no customer contact.

It seemed that even the lovely staff that came to the apartment that work with her, seemed frightened of her.

The apartment really is lovely, however, the host is terrible. I am currently attempting to contact the owners to inform them of her behaviour. They should really have the property with a professional host.

As a seasoned worldwide Air B and B traveller, with fantastic reviews, I can honestly say I have never been spoken to or dealt with, in this way. Shocking.
