Beautiful apartment with incredible views. Pool deck adds that extra touch to a really great stay. Apartment needs to be properly checked, equipped and cleaned prior to guest arrival. Hosts were very reactive in supplying items that should have been in the apartment so all worked out in the end! Thanks Peter and Isaac for your excellent service!

Die Terasse ist ein absoluter Traum, eine unfassbare Aussicht und ganz viel Platz mit einem Grill und einem großen Außentisch. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Jedoch gibt es kleine Details die uns aufgefallen sind. Viele Schubladen und Türen sind renovierungsbedürftig, bei starkem Wind der oft in Kapstadt auftritt wackeln die Türen und sind sehr laut. Unser Putzmann hat sich ziemlich Zeit gelassen in unserer Wohnung und war teilweise über 3 Stunden in unserem Appartment und hat sehr langsam gearbeitet. Die Unterkunft sollte demnächst definitiv eine Renovierung erhalten. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt von 4-6 Tagen definitiv

We had an amazing week in the rooftop apartment. Everything was just perfect. However, please keep in mind that there's a noise detector installed on the ceiling that would already send an automatic alarm when a group of 6 was conversing without any music. The sound and noise restrictions are super super strict!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Pride View. The apartment is centrally located, has a fantastic rooftop terrace, is extremely spacious, and feels very secure with the 24/7 well-staffed reception. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. However, there are a few minor points I'd like to share with fellow travelers: only one of the three bedrooms has air conditioning – the master bedroom. The other rooms, being smaller, would benefit from having air conditioning to bring them into better balance. There was also some overdue maintenance, but after reporting it, it was resolved within a day. Communication with the host is smooth, and any questions or concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. The passage in the parking garage is incredibly tight, especially for an SUV, making it a challenging fit. On the positive side, the apartment comes with two parking spaces. These points are solely constructive feedback; we would definitely love to come back here.

Amazing place, the penthouse is very clean, very spacious and equipped with all the necessities. Great view and amazing surroundings. Very close to Table Mountain, V&A, Lion’s Head and many more. Roof top is beautiful with great views.Only downer is the gas braai stand which does not work effectively.

Sehr liebe Gastgeber, wir sind mehrere Stunden zu früh angekommen und konnten trotz der kurzfristigen Benachrichtigung des Gastgebers unsere Sachen im Appartement lassen. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Appartement sehr schön atemberaubende Aussicht Die Dachterrasse konnten wir leider nicht viel nutzen, weil es sehr sehr windig war.

Von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt…
Sehr netter Empfang in der Wohnung, täglich kommt eine Maide und macht alles sauber…alle drei Tage wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Man fühlte sich wie in einem Hotel.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen…diese Aussicht!!! Ein Traum.

Wij vonden dit appartement een aanrader! Lichte en grote ruimte met fantastisch dakterras! Host reageert snel en is behulpzaam. Grote keuken met alles aanwezig. Vanaf de locatie kun je makkelijk overdag naar het centrum lopen maar ‘s avonds is de buurt donker en rustig.

3 slaapkamers met elke eigen badkamer, minpunt: 1 slaapkamer heeft geen ramen naar buiten maar naar de gang en als er harde wind staat giert het langs de glaspartijen.

What an amazing place! The penthouse flat has 2 stories and gives you a stunning 270° view over Capetown! Interior design is very beautiful and just like on the pics. Rooftop pool is just amazing. It is also well suited for remote work and has a desk in the master bedroom, which is not shown in the pics. Wifi in the living room is on batteries for load shedding. Will definitely come here again when I'm back in CT!
One note about the location: While the elevated hillside location gives you a breathtaking view, the immediate surrounding neighborhood (Bo-Kaap) is not the best and we were told to avoid walking home from Kloof Street after the break of dawn and take an Uber instead. While this is not unusual in Cape Town, you should be comfortable with this constraint.
