This home is fully powered by a generator and therefore is not affected by load shedding (electricity outages). The generator powers all A/C, the lift, ovens as well as all lights and plugs. Relax knowing that your stay will not be affected at all when the power goes out.

Located at the front of the property, the formal lounge and TV room have stacking glass doors that completely open up both spaces onto the large covered patio. A 12 seater outdoor dining table, outdoor lounge seating, sun loungers and a large, heated infinity pool make this the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy braai (barbecue) with the whole family while watching the sunset over the ocean.
To the back of the ground level, an impressive formal dining room comfortably seats 12 guests and leads into the fully fitted kitchen with scullery and pantry. An airy conservatory to the back of the property is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. A guest bathroom completes this level.
A grand double staircase leads upstairs where the bedrooms, gym and study are located. The property also has its own lift for your convenience. The home gym comes with a treadmill, stationary bicycle and free weights. The study is the perfect spot to take business calls away from the entertainment area.
The main bedroom suite is absolutely spectacular. Stacking glass doors slide away to open the entire main bedroom onto the wrap around balcony with uninterrupted views of the ocean. From this vantage point guests could spot whales and dolphins (binoculars are provided). Ample walk-in closet space and his and hers bathrooms (both with bath and shower) complete this suite.
Three additional bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms with baths and showers as well as air-conditioning and smart TV's. These bedrooms are located on the opposite end of this level which afford the main bedroom suite privacy - ideal for families with children.

Bantry Bay is one of Cape Town's most affluent suburbs. Located on the slopes of Lion's Head and overlooking a rocky coastline, it has Sea Point and Clifton as neighbouring areas.
