Entering the villa on the main level you will find the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. There is a quiet mezzanine where you can relax with a book and gaze at the Twelve Apostles through the floor to ceiling glass windows. There are two balconies leading off the upper level which have lovely ocean views.

Access to the middle level is down a internal staircase. There are 4 beautiful spacious en-suite bedrooms, all with ocean views.

Continuing down a spiral staircase, on the lowest level of the house you will find the second living area nd kitchenette, which has access to the private garden with swimming pool.

There are another two en-suite bedrooms found on this level, as well as a guest toilet.

Wir haben das Haus über Wochen bewohnt und die Vorzüge sehr genossen. Die Lage und die Nachbarn sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war stets freundlich und schnell. Selma als gute Seele des Hauses ist eine wahnsinnige Bereicherung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus absolut weiter.

The guest house was very cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed the scenery of the sea which was breathtaking.
