What does this mean for you and your booking?
Your booking is very much still in place; however, should you be uneasy about the water situation, we will offer you credit (of your deposit value) towards a future booking at the same property, made within 18 months of your original arrival date.
Alternatively, should you choose to cancel your booking outright, our cancellation terms will still apply.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our best to deal with the worsening water shortage in Cape Town. Together we hope to inspire mindfulness around our water usage.
