Beautiful 3Bedroom Seaside Apartment Paloma Apartment

I’ll preface comments by stating that this was our first Air BnB. I realize that there is a difference between a hotel and a home. Our initial impression was that the unit was very difficult to locate and not properly marked. The unit itself was simple and perfect. We needed 3 bedrooms; it had. 3 bathrooms; check. Kitchen; large. Living area; perfect. The views were the true allure of the unit. Just breathtaking. Checkout was a bit difficult. It was Easter Monday and Nox representatives did not provide guidance on how to depart. Overall, I would highly recommend. The location cannot be beat and the unit itself was quite nice.

The place is nice, however two bedrooms come without windows, making it especially hard during load shedding- there is just the WiFi working during those hours. So make sure you know you can’t use AC or dry your day or even have enough light to apply make up. The master bedroom is beautiful. The kitchen is very basic.

Großartige Lage und schöner Blick aufs Meer. Von der Terrasse lässt sich wunderbar der Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Allerdings ist das Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einige Dinge müssen ausgetauscht oder renoviert werden. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir einiges zu bemängeln, unter anderem auch die Sauberkeit an mehreren Stellen und einige Defekte, welche während unseres Aufenthaltes nur teilweise behoben werden konnten.
Weiterhin war auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich, dass zwei der drei Zimmer keine Fenster, somit kein Tageslicht oder Frischluftzufuhr haben.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Schönes Apartment, wenn es etwas renoviert werden würde, mit toller Lage am Strand.

Pictures do not do this place justice. spacious three bedroom condo with great balcony on probably the best beach in Cape Town. Two minute walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Uber was very easy to use and did not need to rent a car. Incredible hikes very close to the location. Including Lionshead, table mountain, Chapmans peak.

This is my second time with Nox properties and and now Cape Town, but they are bad in cleaning. The place was dirty and hot finished quickly, this morning the was no water and the window in the bathroom was not closing properly and the other bedroom had a leak.

This property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. The space was well-furnished and the rooms were incredible. We immensely enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Nox. The hosts were great and set up a text group in advance of us staying. The location was outstanding! Really close to everything in Camps Bay, but just on the edge so the noise is not disruptive. Incredible view of the ocean and beach. Amazing master bedroom.

Only downside is we couldn’t get the hot water to work in the master bedroom but this might have been a one-off issue.

I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to Camp’s Bay. Would go back any time.

Location is excellent and the view is stunning. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It needs a deep clean, especially the outside area. We couldn’t use the pool as although there
was an automatic cleaner for the bottom
there was no net so we couldn’t clean the surface. Also hot water didn’t really seem to work in the master bedroom.

We were met at the front door (once we found it). There was no house # or signage guiding us in the right direction. It was very clean but could use a deep clean in a few small areas. Has a plunge pool, but it's located next to a bush. By the end of the day, the wind sends particles into the pool. Housekeeping included. Has a W&D. 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (2 tubs, 1 shower only). Modern look & decor. Close to $EVERYTHING$. The view is $AMAZING$. You pay for $LOCATION$
The bad: With construction going on upstairs, we were surrounded by hammering and sawing starting at 800 until 1500 during our entire stay. It's a condo complex so you WILL have neighbors. Above us were teenage boys partying. A glass bottle of theirs fell on our deck & broke. If you're looking for a private, peaceful experience- this isn't it. It's located downstairs. You also have to be able to climb up a street that is VERY steep. My 67-year-old mom had a hard time. NO LIQUOR STORES, SO PLAN AHEAD..

Thank you for your hospitality once again. The place is located at a very beautiful and convenient location with lots of attractions and the beach just across the street.

Apartment was clean and neat with a cozy and warm feeling. The master bedroom is amazing and spacious with a huge bathtub.

There was construction work going on but nothing too bothering as we only had to deal with it for a couple of hours on a single day.

I wanna give out a special thanks to Elton, our host,and Russell, our magnificent concierge, for their great service and for making sure we had a great stay.

Definitely recommended.

Great location, although you don’t have access to the apartment from the beach, need to enter from the back. They mention on the app the apartments were recently renewed, but lots of things need to be repaired or fixed yet. 2 out of 3 rooms don’t have windows, taps and tubes are making noise all the time you use it, one of the bedrooms sinks was clogged and water didn’t come through. The cleaning guy one day forgot to lock the front door so we found out it late in the afternoon when came back home. At first we agreed about 11am check out time, but the night before the agent messaged us and strictly asked to check out at 10am. The guys could have been more welcoming, otherwise this place doesn’t worth its money.

Fantastic apartment, absolutely huge, amazing views, on the front overlooking the beach, nothing blocking the view! Really clean, huge bathroom for master bedroom, could fit 6 people in jacuzzi bath! other 2 rooms also have great bathrooms, they have no windows so if you like the dark as I do, they’re perfect! Better than the photos! All rooms on one level, steps down from the entrance door at the back (not beach side) Walking distance to restaurants, organised a shopping, wine and taxi service with Nox for our arrival, which was perfect. 10/10 for service, location and experience, we will definitely be back!!! Stop looking as I did at countless other apartments and book this one!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is ideal with the option of exiting from the balcony to the beach down the spiral staircase. The check in host and the housekeeper both very professional and made for such a pleasant stay. We even ran out of laundry soap and they had it dropped off immediately. The apartment has good appliances and nice furniture and everything was extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Oh what a beauty! The promotional does not do justice to the fabulousness that meets you upon arrival. This is chic and modern at very affordable price. It has great amenities. The views of the ocean! Infact, the ocean is right there on your doorstep. The staff is amazingly curteous. This felt like home as it was so welcoming.
