Lovely apartment well situated but poor hosts. Whilst Olaf tried hard I don`t think I would like my property to be managed by NOX. I don`t believe the apartments are checked properly before being rented out - too many minor issues that would be easily found if a checklist was followed. The apartment is great if it wasn't for the minor detail being ignored.
The fact that I had to pay a R10 000 deposit plus R350 admin fee which could have been avoided if I had booked through Air BNB. Makes me wonder if I will use Booking.com again. Even more so that two weeks later I still have received my refund. There were some plumbing and general issues that could easily have been dealt with that would have made a great impression on Nox`s service. The shower waste was blocked which the cleaner did sort out the next morning. The basin tap had no water and the response was - just use the other basin in the en-suite. This wasn`t exactly practical for us sharing. We were also there for four nights so it wasn`t just an overnight inconvenience. The gas heater had no gas or was faulty. The TV and DSTV remotes were not functioning. The parking advertised is in the street outside and not off street as I was expecting. Fortunately there seemed to be parking available but we were also in Cape Town during off peak. The issues did not distract too much from a good stay and I hope this will be taken positive criticism to ensure future visitors having a great stay.

Die perfekte Lage für einen Cape Besuch und der Pool ist prima für eine Abkühlung nach einem Tag in Cape Town.

Das Zimmer auf der Rückseite hat das Fenster auf eine große Straße, so dass es Nacht manchmal etwas laut werden kann.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the lights in dining area. There is no light above or close to the table. So in the evening it was difficult to have dinner at the table.

We stayed for a week with the three of us and we loved it. De Waterkant cafes are very close by and charming. Apartment is spacious, clean and well equiped. We have been offered a daily room service. Can not get more happy.

The flat is beautiful, well situated in a fantastic area. It has a nice park with a small pool. Quiet, well kept, very safe. Well furnished and equipped flat, clean with comfortable beds. The view is amazing.The flat actually has 2 bathrooms, and a toilet in the ground floor. The communication with the host good, and shevreplied fast. We loved our stay, and can recommend it to anybody who wants to travel to Cape town.

Pool and place were amazing, would be even better with air conditioning!

They insisted on either a R750 waiver fee for R10k worth of damage cover or a R10 000 deposit (with a non-refundable R350 transaction fee!) this was definitely a “hidden cost” which was not obvious before booking, left a bit of a sour taste!

We enjoyed our stay! Nox place was Clean and nice, also convenient to many restaurants shops and local banks. With a hired driver we were able to see a lot that Cape Town has to offer such as sites and events in the area. I would recommend this place for fair prices and a safe comfortable stay. If you are traveling from the states try to coordinate extremely well with check in because there is a team member that meets you at the building entrance to provide keys and show you access. if you do nor have service or WIFI it could be difficult getting or coordinating that detail. Other than that plan your stay book it today and get away.

Everything was great and we would definitely book again! Cozy fireplace and lounge area, amazing view and beautiful and safe neighborhoud :) I received a few too many automated messages via airbnb but the communication with the hosts directly was very nice and quick! The check-in and check-out times were very flexibel, which was great.

Great location. Quiet and secluded suburb but within walking distance of at least 10 eateries and a short uber ride to many other attractions. Comfortably furnished and well maintained unit.

On street parking only provided. Using the front entrance - this means 64 steps from the pavement to the bedroom level. if you are old and frail, or injured, or a Two Oceans participant, this could be offputting. the complex includes parking at the rear which would have reduced the number of steps substantially too, but this was not on offer.
main en-suite bathroom has no shower. double shower unit in other bathroom, though.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and the balcony was a lovely sun trap. Views from the bedroom all the way to the v&a harbour were beautiful. Just to note, there are a good few steps up to the apartment. Not a problem for us, but might be an inconvenience if you had a buggy or an elderly relative travelling with you.

I was with my 2 little kids in the apartment ic Cape Town and it overgrew my expectations by far! The place was amazing, location great, service perfect. It was a true 5 star experience. And the hospitality, friendliness and professionalism of NOX 1000%. Highly recommended!

This stylish apartment in DeWaterkant is fantastically located for exploring Capetown and Thoughtfully set up with lots of extras too.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Sightseeing all easily accessed and then home to the pool and light, bright stylish apartment.

Well located to coffee shops and restaurants and Spar for self catering.
