The second bedroom, with twin beds, features a dedicated/shared bathroom with a double shower. The living area exudes comfort with plush couches, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with city views. Enjoy delightful meals at the open-plan dining area for four, connected to a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences. Step onto the private balcony for a cozy retreat with urban vistas. This eclectic and cozy apartment also offers communal pool access. There is on-street parking available for this unit outside the premises.
There is no elevator and quite a few stairs to reach the apartment on the second floor so please take this into account when booking. There is also a staircase inside the apartment to access the bedrooms.

Our family enjoyed our 4-day stay in this well-located and clean apartment. De Waterkant felt like a safe area and we enjoyed sampling the friendly local restaurants. The housekeeper was a bonus and kept the apartment lovely and keen. Dedicated on-street (permit) parking made parking our car hire easy. Many thanks!

This is our second and love this apartment. Apart from the issues mentioned, we will return. Location is nice and quiet, safe. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This place has a good price/value and we just love the waterkant area. All the nice cafés and restaurants are in walking distance and the pool is also nice.

We loved staying here as a group of four! We all work remotely and the wifi was good enough for this (with a few calls that lagged). The Nox staff was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the area too. The main downside was it took a few days to get fobs from Nox for each of us, so we had a little trouble getting in and out of the building for the first few days. I’d recommend talking to them about this before arriving to make sure keys and fobs are ready for you! The front door is also very tough to unlock and takes a few tries with the keys. There is also not much lighting in the common areas. Otherwise, we loved staying here and we would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay - this was a very handy base from which to explore. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby - with a big Spar just a block away. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Only problem was that they advertise it as a off street parking in a parkade, but this is not the case. This unit does not have a off street parking in their complex. You park in the street infront of the complex with a security guard. It is 100%safe, but misleading.

We had a lovely stay. Nicely decorated and spacious apartment with great views of the harbour and table mountain. Apartment is located in a lovely area in the city. NOX could not do enough for us and we also ordered a cot (additional cost) through them which was waiting for us on arrival.

I had an excellent stay at the apartment provided by Nox and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Cape Town. Located in the charming Waterkant neighborhood, the apartment boasts all the amenities one could need, alongside being spacious, comfortable, and clean. Nox proved to be an outstanding host, going above and beyond by setting up an App group prior to check-in to field any questions we might have. The response time was impressively quick, often just around 10 minutes. The apartment was maintained in pristine condition thanks to daily housekeeping, ensuring a clean and tidy environment throughout our stay. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable across the apartment. We faced no disruptions even during load shedding, thanks to the backup generators. In summary, my only wish was that our stay could have been longer. Should the opportunity arise to return to Cape Town, I would not hesitate to book Nox's apartment again.

Apartment is great. Has everything you need. Its spacious and well decorated. Area is nice. There is parking on the street, no problems with avability. Host left us bottle of wine as a gift for valentines day, which was very nice.

There is no airconditioning in this apartment but the main bedroom does have a ceiling fan.
