After an efficient check-in, Nox hosting became a dystopian experience for me. They use an AI bot for messaging on Airbnb. I think that's a bad idea, since Airbnb queries, checkouts etc. generally require human interventions.("Can I get help with my bags". Reply from AI.. I don't understand.. what kind of help do you need). Nox's phones dropped my calls and then went unanswered over a two hour period when I was checking out. So a puzzled robot plus voicemail were my only options. This seemed like a case of cost cutting and automation gone wrong. Nox would need to reinstate reliable humans for me to rent from them again. I hope this is not the future of Airbnb.

Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern. Leider sehr abgenutzt, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer (Flecken auf dem Sofa & Kissen). Wir hatten keinen Schlüssel für den Safe und trotz Versprechen wurde kein Ersatz organisiert. In einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte der Ventilator nicht, was im Sommer kaum zu ertragen ist. Ansonsten ist der Ausblick und die Lage top.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults, a teenager and 2 children. Great apartment, well equipped, well located, in a very safe neighborhood. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We will be back and recommend to anyone staying in cape town.

We found Nox’s service of a very high standard. Thank you. The property was lovely, but one or two maintenance issues (blocked drain, broken knives in kitchen, broken cabinet in kitchen) need to be sorted out. I would also recommend some more comfortable lounge furniture. Otherwise we had a great stay. Can highly recommend and would stay here again.

Olaf is friendly and communicates clearly.
The apartment is spotless, i was a bit surprised by the small size of the living room, compare to what i saw online.... the mirror effect!
Other than that, its a great location, safe area with nice cafés down the streets.
I can highly recommend the place.

This is a very nice flat, well decorated and excellent value. The place was located in a beautiful area, close to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. However, as this place was managed by an estate agency, communication was at times confusing with parallel communication lines. This was unfortunate.

Very clean and beautiful

Excellent location with parking on sight. The apartment is beautiful and the complex is great, with a little garden and an easy walk to the nearest restaurants and shopping centres. The views are outstanding. We were 3 generations comfortably staying in the house.

Clean apartment, beautiful and quiet area. Lots of trendy restaurants. Close to V&A waterfront for all your shopping and other experiences. There's a pool in the complex for those hot days in summer.
The lounge did not have enough comfortable seating for 5 people, especially for a long stay.

Great location, lots of places to eat and shop near by and 20 mins walk to the V&A Waterfront. Comfortable apartment and clean, good kitchen eqipment, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Could do with some extra lightin in the lounge area, maybe a lamp or two? No direct light in the lounge, only the kitchen and dining area.

The place is very very nice, quite, security is also very good, the place so clean with no any disturbance and it makes one feel like home.

Self catering no breakfast was provided and it was a long weekend house keeping services were limited. We had to clean up and tidy up the apartment.

The feedback from the landlord to say that we must pay there were stains on a/the sheet/s. The price is a little steep unless you courier the same sheet to me for keeps. I'm now going to buy new bedlinen wheras the stain is on a sheet only this is a bit unfair. And our stay was great but it spoils the whole mood dampening everything. I'm not refusing to pay extra but its unfair.

The accommodation is beautiful, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The location with regard to the Seapoint and V&A Waterfront areas is excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful when sorting out a minor issue with parking.

Would definitely stay again in the future.

What a wonderful stay. Although it was a cold winters stay, the apartmrnt was cosy and had a fully working fireplace, heaters and heating air-cons. The summer sun also reached the private terrace and made for cozy coffee mornings. Enough space for the family and we loved the eclectic look. Everything was great from start to finish. We will be back for our next CT trip!

We loved our stay. we went to CPT as a family to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. Kelly and Karina's place is beautiful they helped us collect my son's birthday cake...

The place is very clean, quite and during cold days as you know CPT can have crazy weather...the apartment has air conditioners and fire place.

I recommend anyone with a family of five to try it.

one last thing, it's closer to all the necessary places one would need on a holiday...

This modern and stunning unit is located in the charming picturesque area of De Waterkant. it is in close proximity to the V&A Waterfront and other entertainment spots. Not to mention it is within walking distance to various restaurants and coffee shops. The unit is well maintained and very clean and stylish. We loved it and we hope to return in future.

Lovely apartment with views of the mountain from the main bedroom and the living area. Excellent check in protocol with one of the staff carefully explaining everything to us. Excellent location - 10 min drive to Sea Point Promenade. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Nox were proactive in giving us an option to change location when it was realised that there was construction nearby. We chose not to change and the construction didn't impact us at all. It was nice that an alternative was offered. The apartment is also cleaned daily and during our stay, the staff checked in on us to make sure we were all good and had no additional needs.

We had a wonderful stay in Capetown, with the apartment as a perfect, central and secure base to enjoy the vibrant city from. The neighborhood is quaint and lively without being noisy and the apartment rendert cleanliness and calmness with ample space for our family consisting of 4 adults and one child. Communication both before and during our stay was friendly, helpful and easy and the apartment is as described and fully met with our expectations and more so! We would definitely stay again, our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the apartment and the beautiful city of Capetown.
