Lovely apartment in a safe neighbour, close enough to key spots like the V&A, markets, clifton/camps bay etc. Nox were very responsive when we had a few issues like the heating not working (they bought us a portable heater within a few hours) and someone parking in our parking spot (gave us an alternative). Our flight arrived late at night but someone was still there to greet us and there was wine/crisps left for us too. The apartment has everything you need, though is a little more tired looking than the photos. There is a housekeeper too which whilst nice, is unnecessary and made us feel like we needed to be up and out of the way. Thanks for the stay!

Enjoyed our stay, but encountered some issues. The bed was too small for comfort, and we faced a significant inconvenience when the WiFi went out for an entire day. Additionally, the lack of guidance on how to check out during a power outage, coupled with the absence of a manual key for the garage, was problematic. These aspects need improvement for a smoother experience

Excellent location, the apartment is modern and comfortable with all the extras you need. Truly a home from home!
The washing machine was not working. The host reported this to the office. Fortunately the staff made another plan for us.

had a great stay at this spot in mouille point. place was clean and housekeeping was available when needed. victor ensured a smooth check in when i arrived. great views of the ocean and lion's head from the balcony. there was some construction being done but didn't affect my stay. walking distance to some restaurants and VA waterfront. note: just be sure to download the load-shedding app. only downside is not knowing the schedule and possibly having to walk up 7 flights of steps. but you can plan around these hours so it can not be an issue. would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very modern inside, and well equipped. Was a lovely apartment. Loved the simple touches that made it feel like home, like the record player, fish tank etc. Good TV and internet connection
The shading system to block out the setting west sun not working as well as it should. Difficult to pin down in the wind. The balcony faces West, with great views, but the setting sun is a problem into the apartment. Double bed is a bit small. The construction in the apartment block very noisy especially if you are there to do some work too. And the offer of a R200 rebate for the noise is insulting.

This is a perfect spot for 2 people. It really felt like home away from home. There was SO much attention to detail and 4he unit was well appointed with all the gadgets and luxuries that you could possibly need to make your stay memorable. Uninterrupted sea view and on beach road which you cant beat ! I highly recomend booking this airbnb

This place looks exactly like the photographs. The location is right across the street from the ocean. We were able to see the waves crashing in during the day and hear them at night which made for a peaceful sleep. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities that you need. We were only there for the weekend, but would love to stay longer on the next trip. Close to the V&A which made it convenient for shopping and restaurants options. Victor was responsive and just a super nice person which made checking in easy. Did I mention how clean the apartment was? Oh and the bed was really comfy. Will definitely be back.
