Our stay at Richard’s place in Camps Bay was absolutely unforgettable. The home was even more beautiful than the photos — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. We loved being close enough to walk to the city while still enjoying a quiet, peaceful area. Watching the sunsets from the terrace felt like pure magic, especially when we hired a local chef to cook for us at home. It truly exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend! 🌅✨

I had a fabulous stay! From check-in to check-out, communication was excellent. The location is absolutely breathtaking and the stairs provided an excellent home workout, too! :) The bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants in Camps Bay. The apartment is located one house back from the water so has great views. Even though we had a rental car we used Ubers to get around Cape Town and they were very cheap, fast and easy to Kloof Street, Cable Mountain etc.

The property has a great location overlooking Camps Bay and just a short, safe walk from the beachfront promenade and the range of great bars and restaurants there. The property is well equipped and has a great terrace area and small outdoor pool. The housekeeping is a plus top! We would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Camps Bay - lovely local restaurants and great location to use as a base to explore Cape Town. It is closer to Table Mountain than you realise! Beautiful view of the sunset from the patio. Will be recommending this venue to others - it’s a gem!

The view from this suite is amazing! It’s a great sized apartment for just 1 bedroom. Great location too and felt safe and secure. We even saw whales from the balcony one day!! Our only constructive feedback was that the bed isn’t very comfortable and the aircon in the bedroom is very loud.

Very good accommodation and would definitely recommend! Main aspect stopping it being a 10/10 was the air conditioning being a bit temperamental but location, hosts, view from the balcony and amenities all great otherwise.

perfectly located for camps bay, easy to walk down to the seafront and the beach. there is stairs as noted in the listing, i don’t think we realised how many! but fine for us with our access. parking outside the property which makes it nice and easy when you have a hire car. easy communication with the Nox team.

The apartment was perfect - great size with lovely views of the sea, a great balcony with a mini pool, and a 5 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Massive bonus to also have a washing machine and dryer available to use. The service was exceptional, especially our housekeeper who went above and beyond in keeping the place clean (and even dealing with laundry without us asking!)

Perfect place to stay in Camps Bay The view is breathtaking, and the property is conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. Despite its central location, it is remarkably quiet. I always felt very safe during my stay. A lovely housecleaner came every day except Sunday, and a housekeeper was present daily to maintain the pool and other areas. It felt almost like staying in a good hotel. I’d love to come back!

An apartment with excellent amenities and location, yet subpar customer service and lack of effective communication over • Lovely Accommodation: The apartment was charming, featuring spectacular views and being well-equipped. The kitchen had most essentials, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer was particularly convenient. The private plunge pool and outdoor dining area added to the overall appeal.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and the outdoor area are perfect for relaxing. Opening the door in the morning and hearing the sea is simply wonderful. One day, we didn’t have hot water, but Richard and his team took care of it immediately and even gave us a discount. Also late check out was made possible, which was a huge plus as well. We’d love to come back. Thank you so much, we’d love to stay longer next time. Definitely a recommendation.

Richard's apartment is as described with amazing ocean views. The apartment is conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. the bedroom and living rooms were also very comfortable for when you just want to lounge around. Perfect place but watch out the stairs Sooo our first appartment in South Africa. Perfect location: 5 minutes down the road to the Camps Bay beach and all the restaurants and bars. Very spacious and clean with lots of plates and kitchen stuff. Cozy living room and comfortable bed. Clean bed sheets. Amazing view and no noises from neighbours. We did bbq on the terrace watching the sunset. That was ultracool. You can also enjoy the Table mountain with all the clouds coming down and up.

Beautiful stay in a perfect location A really lovely apartment in a perfect location in camps bay. We loved being able to walk just 5 mins down the road to the beachfront and restaurants. The view out on the terrace was stunning, and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean and tidy.

The flat was great (this was my fourth stay), but I have to say Nox’s service gets worse every time. - Messages go unread and unanswered for days - There were several issues on checkin that should have been fixed before I arrived (broken balcony door that couldn’t be closed or locked; code on the safe couldn’t be reset; tv wasn’t working; you got my checkin time wrong, despite me advising it twice). - Your use of AI to reply to messages is incredibly frustrating - a simple request for a late checkout took days to resolve as you kept sending me the same automated response I am returning to Cape Town in 2025 and would normally choose to stay at the CBT flat - but Nox was so frustrating to deal with that I am having second thoughts this time

We absolutely love Cape Town and being able to stay in such a central property in camps bay very reasonably priced is am The views were amazing and the location is literally 5 mins walk from the front of campsite bay beach . It’s safe to walk day and night to and from this apartment . It’s owned by a lovely couple whose house is just above and who are very knowledgable about Cape Town. Would 100 per cent recommend this apartment for a couple wanting to stay in Camps Bay. They even have UK adapters in the aprtment.

First and foremost, simply the most friendly "hosts" (who putting the "host" into "hosting") than we have experienced in our dozens of AirBNB stays. Harkens back to the old world of true "BnB" when they weren't just properties acquired for short term let investment income, but people invited people into their homes and welcomed them with very personal hospitality. That said, you do get your own completely segregated living space with all the amenities and styling at a truly luxurious standard. The pictures show it all. I am always a bit wary of property photoshoots and how truly representative they are, but the real experience met and even exceeded what the mere photos could portray. An exceptional property that I would return to whenever back in CapeTown.
