This 3 bedroom penthouse has a rooftop deck with incredible views of the city. Centrally situated in Green Point, this is a perfect lock up and go holiday apartment.

The modern kitchen is open plan to the living area where 2 of the 3 bedrooms lead off of. Up a flight of stairs, you'll find the roof top deck with comfortable seating and a bar area - perfect for sundowners!

There is also access to a communal swimming pool.

Apartment is as described and 100% consistent with the photos. Overall clean and well decorated. Could need a few tiny fixes but it was not a big deal. Good value for money. Process with Nox is always super convenient and reactive which is definitely a big plus.

Nice and clean apartment but there were a few hiccups. The guy who welcomed us let us wait in the street for probably 10minutes to get the keys. We struggled with the front door keys to get into the apartment. We asked for 6 coffee mugs because we rent the space for 6 people but nobody brought the requested mugs.

Amazing apartment, loved it and will come back for sure. the one issue is the odor in the apartment especially in the first room near the main entrance it has a bad smell tthat you have to open the window or lit up a candle

A great apartment to stay in when visiting CT. The rooms were nice size and en-suites to all bedroom. Loved the private terrace and shared pool. Plenty of towels and beach towels available, which was a bonus. There were a few cleaning issues and slow draining sinks etc when we arrived but the team were helpful in acknowledging the problem.

Although there were a few nigglies, overall i would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to Sea Point an Was very roomy for a flat type dwelling. The layout was thought out as it was kid friendly and there was space to move.
