We had a wonderful stay at NOX Apartment during our winter trip. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made showering a bit time-consuming and less enjoyable. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in the living room made it quite cold during the winter months, as the heating struggled to keep the space warm. Overall, despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially if the water pressure and heating concerns are addressed.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Der eigene sichere Parkplatz war super und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Rosalie als Haushälterin war super lieb und die Wohnung wird jeden Tag gereinigt - toll. Den Pool haben wir nur wenig genutzt, er wurde aber auch in der Woche nicht gereinigt, sodass er nach 1 Woche recht grün war. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Waterfront ist 20min zu Fuß entfernt und man muss durch eine nicht so schöne Straße gehen. Tagsüber kein Problem, nachts per Uber.

super locatie! dicht bij het het waterfront en heerlijke ruimte om te zijn. grote garage voor de auto. iets minder waren sommige deurklinken, maar was al in 1 van de andere recensies besproken. we hebben gekozen om de deuren niet dicht te doen. Tip voor de verhuurder. beetje smeermiddel in de sloten doen. maakt het wat makkelijker om de boel op slot te draaien. de mensen zijn erg aardig en vriendelijk. accomodatie is bij een bakkertje en supermarkt. hele fijne buurt!!

We were so happy with our stay at this apartment - it was even better than it looked in the photos! The space was great... bigger than it looked in the listing and really comfortable. It had everything needed for an easy stay - it was great to have laundry & dishwasher powder, plus kitchen basics. The pool and the outdoor space was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean. We were there over the Easter weekend, so didn't have the housekeeping and pool cleaning service that was usually available every day (& didn't need it), but it would be lovely to have if we had been there longer. The area itself was great too - the apartment is at the end of a dead-end street, so was really quiet with no passing traffic. But just round the corner (within walking distance) are some great cafes, restaurants and bars. It was easy to get an Uber too. Communication with the hosts was easy - they were very responsive and very helpful. Thank you from our family!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Viertel hat viel Security was einen extra sicher fühlen lässt wobei unser gesamter Kapstadt Aufenthalt sehr sicher empfundem ist.

Excellent place, really enjoyed it. They do however need to do some basic maintenance. The decking is broken and door handles come off. I was locked in a bedroom for two hours due to the door handle issue. If they spend abit of money on the place it would be a 5/5

Seamless check in, host allowed us to check in an hour earlier, beautiful apartment with good views,unfortunately it was not exactly clean, dusty, all the mirrors dirty, and taps, stains on bed and towels. Cleaner only came in the day of check out
