Wir waren nun das 4. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die Gegen De Waterkant ist perfekt, um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Das Haus wird täglich gereinigt, wie im Hotel. Das Haus ist preislich recht fair. Auch wenn alles funktioniert hat und nichts störend defekt ist, sollte es langsam einer kleinen Renovierung unterzogen werden, um für die kommenden Jahre wieder frisch zu wirken.

This space was perfect for my trip! The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. They also had a cleaner come in everyday which was great and the service was above and beyond. Isaac was also very helpful and kind. Additionally, the neighborhood is really nice and walkable with lots of nice restaurants around the area. I can’t wait to come back and I will no doubt use NOX again. Thanks,

This apartment was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family’s first stay in Cape Town. It’s located in a charming area with restaurants, shopping and stores. Very close to the waterfront area. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. A wonderful place to call home for the week. NOX was exceptional with their communication and helped us stock the refrigerator before our arrival with some basic items. Our flights were delayed for 1 day and NOX was extremely flexible with our check in. I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay here again without question.

The host was really nice and helped us all the way. The apartment is really beautiful and clean. There is no load-shedding. You are going to have the electricity on 24/7. There is housekeeping on working days. If you are thinking about reserving, don’t hesitate. Take it.

We had a wonderful stay with Nox! The home was beautiful and had lots of space! The beds were very comfortable with quality linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. Street parking was not an issue - we were always able to find a spot just outside the entrance. Lastly, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and flexible! Thank you!

A apartment, like the Loader B in the heart of the Waterkant has been on our wishlist for a long time. This location in the center of living and entertainment is perfect, as you can reach many places like cafes, restaurants, bars and shops within a few steps. The Loader B is a split townhouse (Loader A&B), fully new build, behind old walls, a apartment on 3 floors. The entrance floor has a entry hall with a sofa and table, a toilet and a utility closed including washer & dryer. Past the glass atrium and the staircase you get to the large open fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine and a big island. A large dining table with a sitting-bench and chairs, as well as a large sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and WiFi concludes this perfectly designed and decorated main floor. Down on the lower level, there is the large master bedroom with a open bathroom with freestanding bathtub, double sink vanity, shower and toilet. There is a very large multi door closet with lots of shelves and hanging space, a safe, a working desk and Satellite TV. The second bedroom is smaller in size, but also with a half open double sink vanity bathroom with separate shower and toilet stalls and lots of closet space and access into the open outdoor atrium. All the rooms are AC controlled. The top floor has a large privat rooftop terrace with table and benches, as well as the main feature, the dip pool with chairs and views over the entire Waterkant Village and a 360c view from the Harbour to the CBC and up to Table Mountain. Access to this apartment is keyless and you will not get to meet anyone for neither check-in, nor check-out as you get the exactly timed access code forehand by e-mail/text message with infos for emergencies. There is a daily maid service for your convenience. Unfortunately we had a issue with the rooftop pool filter system, that could not have been solved during our stay, even after multiple calls while there and later no answers to 2 written e-mail complains to the renting company NOX.

location is good, on a hill so bad to cab most places but honestly nothing much we didn’t like. we would like sunshine on the pool later but that can’t be helped!

Location at Waterkant is simply superb
Everything is very close to you, shopping, breakfast, etc.
Deck is great, pool was well maintained

The restroom in the other bedroom should have a door as the restroom is directly exposed to the bedroom area
The bathtub in the same bedroom has been ruined by some liquid and it should be simply replaced with brand new one
All wooden floors require serious sanding and oil... in general, maintenance, in addition to cleaning, would be required in the apartment - fixing the shattered window on the deck, fixing the loose wooden cover plates hiding the pool and air conditioning machinery etc.

Super comfy beds.
Cleaners come daily.
Lots of lovely lighting.
Aircon works really well.
Beach towels provided.

There’s no sun loungers.
The pool was dirty - we could barely use it
Cleaners through some of my stuff in the bin that I needed
The bath towels weren’t changed daily and were moved so we couldn’t tell who’s was who’s.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit vielen Details die ein besonderes Ambiente erzeugen. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Pool sind kaum zu schlagen. Man fühlt sich dort gleich richtig wohl. Lediglich die Qualität der Materialien in der Küche fiel gegenüber der ansonsten wunderschönen Wohnung etwas ab. Ist aber für den Gesamteindruck eher unerheblich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden uns diese Unterkunft sicher merken.

Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos, ist super gelegen und mega gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert im Urlaub und hatten genug Platz.
Der Umgang mit dem Host war super und sehr einfach. Sie haben uns jederzeit geholfen bei Fragen und waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Die Badetücher hatten leider mehrere Flecken und zeitweise hatten wir laute Nachbarn, um die sich der Host aber immer sofort gekümmert hat.

This unit is in a great location. It is walkable during the day to many restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. When needing to Uber it is just a quick ride anywhere you want to go. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The private rooftop has the best views of the whole city and table mountain. I highly recommend this unit. The nox team was great at communicating and made the stay very enjoyable. Daily housekeeping is a major plus as well. I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and this is the nicest one I have seen.

To say this place is beautiful would be an understatement! Everything about it was perfect from the location to the home feel it had. Service and communication was great, cleaning done on a daily basis.
Going back on location, there’s a SPAR (Tesco/Aldi equivalent if you’re from the UK) just around the corner but if you wanted to venture out a bit you could walk into the city centre.
Definitely booking this place again when I come back for a visit!

My partner and I didn’t stay for too long, but was a welcomed stop over after some intense time in the wilderness. The master bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable, really enjoyed the bathtub. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and worked like a charm. Would love a way to do Netflix, but was fun exploring South African cable tv while relaxing in bed. Location is central, great view from the pool. Thanks for hosting us!

we stopped as a couple, my girlfriend lived in Cape Town for 10 years so we were back visiting friends. Fantastic place, lovely bedrooms super comfortable beds. We invited friends over for drinks before going out. Perfect in every way. We plan to stay here for every Cape Town visit. Cleaner was so lovely and kept the place perfect. Superb!!!

Place was great, quiet residential location, really close to amenities. Place was exactly what was in the description and perfect for a few days, swimming pool was an added bonus! They were great at communication and arranged early check in for me. Nice to have a daily cleaner and someone that looks after the pool a few times a week. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a good location. Excellent views and generally a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning was a nice touch.

The internet is simply not up to par. Brought it to the attention of the team and it was not resolved during my stay. Some general wear and tear issues to the unit and specific maintenance issues onsite made the rooftop area unusable and there is a water leak that’s yet to be fixed on the main level.

I appreciated the option to have some snacks onsite on arrival through Nox and check in was easy. Overall a pretty good experience with some clear areas to improve. I’d probably look around before rebooking this unit but am generally happy with the property.

Great location easy access to DT area. Some minor issues with the electrical power and maintenance repair man arrival times. But other than that great stay.

i are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful flat!

This place is in a great part of town for travelers. There are several shops within walking distance.

The place is as described, with clear attention to detail. There are more than enough towels, toiletries and amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The unit is small, but it is designed well to make good use of the space. There were four of us, and there was more than enough space.

I would stay again.

I stayed at 157 Waterkant and 20a Loader, both are extremely beautiful, large and well-kept properties. Nox rental/Tamara were great hosts and assisted with all our needs. The only problem is there is a construction site close by so for a few months there will be quite a bit of noise and dust.

This place is lovely. Views of Table Mountain from the pool were the highlight of the roof deck. The space was sparkling clean - with a team to clean daily (definite bonus). Our WiFi didn’t work during our stay and the we had a challenge trying to figure out how to use the stovetop. Check in was easy and the property manager was really nice. The location was amazing and central to everything. I would stay there again (and again) and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Cape Town.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Two bedrooms downstairs with en-suite bathrooms, a large living, dining and kitchen area on the main floor, and a nice rooftop terrace with plunge pool on the roof. Mostly quite clean, although I found a few hairs in the bathroom around the sink, and there were some black marks left on the bathtub. A few tea bags and sugar packets were provided in containers, but the coffee container was filthy, and although the cleaning lady came every day, she never cleaned it. The decor is gorgeous, really well done, with nice touches such as a water jug and two glasses in the bedrooms, some outdoor throws and beach towels in baskets in the entrance, well-stocked kitchen cabinets (bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc), and a nespresso machine (although no capsules were provided). The main issue was the bathroom in the master bedroom - the toilet literally has no door, making it unusable. Parking was fairly easy, especially as we would leave in the mornings and come back in the evenings, at which time there would be plenty of parking space available on the street.

The property is within walking distance from restaurants. We enjoyed walking the streets of Cape Town as it was safe, beautiful and lively with pedestrians & enjoyed breakfast at one of the nearby coffee shops.

The property's rooftop entertainment area has sea view and the pool is well maintained. This area is well equip with eating and washing up area (for entertainment purposes).

The property is clean, neat and equip with the essentials required. We appreciate sanitation such as Charlotte Rhys.

The overall furniture & bedroom linen is of high standard decorated with neutral colour palate.

We highly recommend Tamara and her team for any accommodation requirement, this is the second time we have stayed at property under Tamara's management.

Consequently we will continue to use Tamara for future bookings.

Loader A is a very bright & beautifully decorated modern apartment in one of the best and most fun neighborhoods of Cape Town. It is actually even more stunning in person& everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Definitely would try to stay there again.
