This modern 3 bedroom holiday home is beautifully decorated. The entrance is up 2 flights of stairs, passing the lower level with private deck and plunge pool.

The home itself is all on one level, and includes a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. The living area has access to a private balcony, shared by the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property and are both en-suite with showers.

The outdoor are, which includes a private plunge pool is situated at the front of the property, down a flight of stairs. There is lounge furniture as well as dining for 6.

We had a lovely stay in the accommodation. The location is great and the apartment looks like the pictures. In one bedroom you could not lock the sliding window. But the window was secured by bars. Overall, however, we felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and kids here. It feels like a very luxurious place, very clean and especially the master bedroom is beautiful. The cleaning lady came every day and was very attentive. I asked for a bigger baby cot and they delivered it immediately the next morning. So really happy with the accommodation as well as the service. Would definitely come back here!

We have had an amazing stay! The Nox team is super helpful and it was great that we could check in early to make most of our day. Definitely recommend staying here. Close to V&A, safe area and easy to navigate. We also loved the big living space!

Die Ausstattung und die Größe des Hauses war sehr gut. Sauberkeit war hervorragend, auch Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Es kam jeden Tag Housekeeping, was sehr erholsam war.

Es wohnen andere Menschen über dem Haus, welche vor allem abends und nachts Lärm verursachten. Das wollten wir dadurch, dass wir ein Haus wollten, vermeiden.

Great place to stay in Cape Town. Everything is nice, new and modern. We did experience some electrical issues caused by load shedding that kept the bedroom AC unit from working. To their credit they had an electrician on the way to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved while we were there.

Check-in process was quite easy. Communication for check-in and out is automated which helps, but during our stay we could not reach our host. Overall place was as described in the listing except for work needed on cleanliness. First there were long hair strands still on the bathroom floor and walls near the shower and toilet. Second we could not use the pool area during our stay. The second morning of our stay the pool’s self cleaning function stopped working and it became quite visibly dirty. When we contacted the host for assistance we never received a response. Also there were stains on the pool lounge seating and tile floor ( Presumably from the upper deck but we couldn’t be sure). We were forced to use towels just to keep from getting stains on our clothes when we sat outside. Lastly the third bedroom had a smell that requires the windows to be open during the entire stay.

For the prices would have expected better communication and higher standards of cleanliness.

Nice town house in Green Point. We were big fans of the spacious living room which. The house also has an outside area with a little pool and sun sails. The apartment is located in Green Point from where the beaches as well as the city bowl are easily accessible. All in all we liked our stay. Only minus: mosquitos.

The house of M was an excellent choice. It was as advertised. Accommodations was clean modern and well looked after. The host and housekeeper went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic.
We could not have had a better time.
They were friendly kind and informative.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte vor Ort und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, modern und großzügig. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich war super modern und groß. Der Master-Bedroom hatte einen direkt Zugang auf den Balkon und war großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Die beiden kleineren Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend, allerdings im Vergleich zu den anderen Räumen etwas ungemütlicher, durch die Lage und Ausrichtung im Gebäude. Alles in allem aber eine super Unterkunft und eine Empfehlung wert!
Wir würden wiederkommen!
Erwähnenswert ist außerdem der Service: jeden Tag (außer sonntags) kommt um 10 Uhr eine Reinigungskraft, die sich um Wäsche, Geschirr und Zimmer kümmert. Ein super Service den wir nicht erwartet hatten. Danke dafür!

Beautiful property, great location! Plenty of room for 5 people and central to all the good spots in Cape Town. Wish it had Aircon for the hot nights but a very comfortable stay.

The house is lovely, cool, spacious, airy and ideally situated. The only difficulty is getting in and out of the garage, as the house is on a busy road and the garage opens onto the road. Other than that, the area is perfect and close to all attractions.

The hosts were very accommodating and granted my request of having fans in the house (1 fan was put into each room).
The hosts were always available to answer any questions I had during our stay as well as the time leading up to our stay.

The pool and the outside area are wonderful for sundowners and just to chill and relax after a busy day of activities.

A wonderful space. Fitted with modern appliances and room darkening shades (which really helps during CT summer mornings).

I would highly recommend a stay at this house and with NOX.

Alles in Allem wirklich ein tolles Appartement.
Besonders positiv war der Küchenbereich und die Terrasse. Jeden Tag kam noch jemand, der sich zusätzlich gekümmert hat.
Optimierung evtl. im Bereich Anzahl Besteck und das Thema einer im Sommer vielleicht notwendigen Klimaanlage. Lage zentral aber dadurch natürlich etwas lauter.
Kommunikation und Gesamteindruck top. Gerne wieder
