Nox (one of Cape Town's premier villa specialists) has recently won the Altos Award for the Best Hospitality Operator Company: Middle East & Africa in London, England. At an industry gala evening, Nox was proud to accept the award virtually amongst some of the world's most respected hospitality operators.
The Altos are the only awards dedicated to hospitality operators of corporate housing accommodations, and they recognise those who continue to excel within certain fields across the short and extended stay rental market.
Nox had to demonstrate to the panel of judges that they were able to show evidence that each property is regularly inspected, cleaned and 'guest ready' as well as to demonstrate how the Company delivers best-in-class guest experiences which include managed professional housekeeping, quality amenities and 24/7 guest support and insurance advice. Nox was also able to illustrate innovation in product, technology and customer service as well as how its marketing efforts have driven occupancy and revenue to its homeowners.
