308 Juliette on the Waterfront Marina

This apartment is stunning! The location is perfect, close to the mall, great restaurants and plenty to do within reach. The surroundings are so beautiful, my family and I felt at home. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

I would not deal with NOX again ever. I booked a rate that said no refunds, cancellations or amendments. I had no proble Property location is very convenient for the Waterfront. The sliding door in main bedroom would not close securely without a lot of force being applied. The safe was locked in the open posit with no instructions of how to reset. The smaller bedroom had no room on one side of the bed so you had to slide out the bottom of the bed.

A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so you feel very secure. It also gets the lunchtime / afternoon sun, which is lovely. It is really beautifully decorated and you can see so much care has been taken with the layout and amenities. Lots of hangers in the wardrobes, which are great. Very clean! Nox provide a daily housekeeping service, so do be aware of this. The gym / main pool and coffee shop within the development are first class. Highly recommended.

Convenient stay in good location The location is great and the unit is very well equiped and Memory made sure to service the apartment well for us not that we did more than sleep and make coffee. Beds could have a top sheet for comfort.

Luxury accommodation by the waterfront We could not fault this property. It had all the security and comfort you would wish for when visiting Cape Town. The bedrooms were big and the open bathroom in master made the whole feel bright and spacious. We found this location to be ideal for a family holiday with a toddler. The waterfront has many activities for the little ones, including soft play in some cafes. There are endless options for dining nearby including high end (Nobu etc) and the Time Out Market with lots of cheap eats.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 308 Juliet. The apartment was large, comfortable and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the V&A waterfront. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was large with everything you would need. The development has a few pools and a small gym which were nice to have. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
