This is an incredible apartment and we loved the views and the unique decor. The only issue for us was that it was difficult to locate because the instructions led us to the carpark, not to the property itself.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft hat unsere Reise nach Kapstadt noch besonderer gemacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gut zu erreichen und auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Unser Check-In wurde sehr flexibel gestaltet. Das Apartment sah aus, wie auf den Bildern, sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt!

This place was expectacular, the views from the balconies to the table mountains were amazing. The apartment is at the top floor with a very secure entrance. It also comes with parking via a sky bridge to an adjacent building. The rooms are a great size as well as the bathrooms. It had a library which we use as a study and a place to watch some TV. The kitchen comes with everything, although we did not use it much, but we did use the washer and drier. The building is in central Cape Town, many restaurants near by and easy to get an uber to other areas. We would like to thank Lilian, the house keeper, for help during our stay. Finally, the aircon in the rooms were working.

Upside: One of the most beautiful maximalist airbnbs you’ll ever stay in. Downside: communication was a nightmare. The property management team (NOX) insisted on using SMS for everything. When I got there the address they gave took me three blocks away. (Plug in Mutual Building, Darling St instead) It was pouring rain. I had 4 bags of luggage. Was traveling solo. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone for the first 10 minutes. There’s no way to get in the building unless you get fingerprinted by security. The communication after that, to get my other registered guest checked in a few days later was terrible. No response for 48 hours. I had to cancel my Friday night plans to stay behind and let her in. Purely for these reasons alone, I was prepared to give NOX 1 star. But out of respect for the incredible care and thought that went into the design, as well as the wonderful daily cleaners, I will leave it at 4 stars with a warning review. Hope this helps.

This is the ultimate city centre place. If you want a full functioning home (with proper kitchen etc) in the CBD vicinity this is ideal. The photos are accurate and the place feels spacious and homely and lived in (in the positive sense). Every possible item needed was available. CBD is a choice to be made, and is not quite as safe as Seapoint or Camps Bay but is closer to airport, to downtown nightlife such as Bree Street, and to the wine country. Probably not ideal for single female visitors but for male visitors of pairs of people is fine.

My stay at Nox in Cape Town was truly unique! The loft had an incredible vintage charm with a thoughtfully curated collection of house decor, making it a special and memorable place to stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. However, the check-in process was a bit of a hassle, and the parking situation was not very clear—though I understand this might be due to safety reasons. Overall, a great experience in a one-of-a-kind space!

Amazing place, there’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of here. Got so much more than expected out of this place. It’s also very quiet and private since it’s a penthouse unit on the 8th floor far above the street. Couldn’t ask for more spectacular views of the city, Lionshead and table mountain. I enjoyed doing yoga on the balcony every day and great baths at night! Will always return here if I can.
