Not pleasant at all. The house not maintained, therefore prices charged is not value for money. Nothing considering the property was advertised as Camps Bay

We loved the place .we slept well and felt very safe Great location well situated and accesible to other regions easily .house was very clean . Nedisua the housekeeper is very good and very professional .when we come back to the house every day everything was super clean . Big thanks to Nox team Abraham and unathi for their profesionalism . A perfect place to complete our trip in Cape town. Fantastic location just outside of camps bay but in easy walking distance in the day. Coffee shop across the road. Incredible sunset views from the terrace and of lions head and twelve apostles directly behind. Villa was perfectly equipped and rooms were huge and comfortable with 3 separate bathrooms. The Nox team were super friendly and helpful. Was a perfect base for our 3 days in Cape Town to end out 2 week SA trip!

Answer:

Yes, there is a single garage and space for 1 car off-street. There is a WiFi backup battery and battery-powered lights.

Dear sirs, notes mention that there Is no aircon and amenties mention there Is aircon? Can the Pool be heatened up? Is the Street in Front of the House very busy and Noisy? Dies this Effects terrace and inside the House? Regards

Answer:

There is aircon in the master bedroom only. The pool cannot be heated. The road in front of the house can be noisy and busy during peak hours and warm beach days. It will affect you if sitting on the terrace but less so when inside the house.
