Beautiful Apartment at the Waterfront Marina Altmore 001

Fantastic!!! We stayed for nine nights and loved it. Clean, quiet, stocked with everything we needed. The management company was excellent. Always communicating, always helpful, always proactive. They provided daily maid service which was (unexpected) but awesome! The property is gated and requires a badge to enter. Security guards at every entrance. That was great. The location can’t be better. The parking garage was a nice benefit (secure, dedicated parking space).A safe, short walk to the restaurants and shops at the Victoria & Albert Waterfront. I can’t say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend, and would stay again. I would also consider any property managed by Nox (Property Managers). They were very very good!

Amazing stay feeling safe and with restaurants and bars all safely located around A lovely stay at the Marina residence. Security is top level and feel very secure, amazing location in the V&A waterfront with shops and restaurants a walking distance and feel safe to walk around.

THIS PLACE MAKES YOU PAY AN EXTRA SECURITY DEPOSIT ON ARIVAL. BUT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. THEY HAVE A LOT OF BS STORIES. THAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. OLD SHIT BUILDING LOOKS LIKE BAD UPKEEP ON THE PROPERTY.

When the doors are closed , There is a smell innthe. House.. actually all linens also smell. It is probably because of the leakage in bathroom ceiling. This time the checkin process was also a problem. I indormed about our arrival time afew times ( with email and whatssapp) . Than i waited 40 minutes. Thank god we had our facials left in the system so my husband could left , and went to his customer meeting)

Great apartment - poor handling ! While the apartment is gorgeous, the staff friendly and the location top and (in case you found it!!) the utterly complicated, not to say ridiculous booking process ruins the positive experience!

如果价格能再便宜些，基本就是完美，以后有机会还会去住 位置完美，距离商场、国家现代艺术馆、罗德岛登船处等等步行几分钟就可以到。尤其是晚上吃饭或者小酌之后，走回住处，都非常安全，而且方便。居住的周边环境非常优美。室内设备配置的非常好。而且每天居然还提供入室清洁服务。

We loved our stay at the marina waterfront. It’s the perfect base to explore Cape Town. The V&A waterfront has a great buzz with lots of live music and performance and a huge selection of restaurants. It’s very safe and we felt comfortable walking back to the apartment at night. The apartment itself is beautiful: even more spacious than it appears in the photos and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend!
