my family and i visited cape town in end of august. the apprtment was very well located and had a stunning view. the furnisher was beautiful and practical. the kitchen is well equiped with a lot of space. the Tv has netflix, amazon prime and over all a great connection. parking lot keeps your care safe and has direct access to the appartment. we used an uber to get into town which was 5 minutes away and cost 3 euros. matthew the manager was very kind and helpful. overall an amazing stay!

This home offers breathtaking water views, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty around you. The Nox management group deserves special mention for being incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A few things to keep in mind during your stay: -Shared Garage: The garage is shared with another tenant, where they have two parking spots, and you have one. -Shared Entrance: The main entrance is a small hallway that is shared with another unit. Both doors need to be locked at all times for security, which can be a bit tricky when carrying items. -Dryer: The dryer may take longer than expected to fully dry clothes, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you're doing laundry. -Hiking Access: There’s a convenient path right outside the door leading to Lion’s Head. The trail to the actual Lion’s Head hike is about a 1.5-hour walk. Overall, this home offers a peaceful retreat.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht, für 2 Personen geeignet. Bei 4 Personen gibt es im 2. Schlafzimmer keine nutzbaren Schränke und 2 Wände bestehen nur aus Glas. Eingang geht direkt an der Glasfront vorbei.

They had a real lovely apartment nice quiet neighborhood. Only two problems for one of the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes all the way and two the plumbing backed up and raw sewage came up through the bathtub and the shower. It took a couple hours to get it taken care of. We had to stay out of the apartment most of the day, and they felt like since they fixed it that was it. without offering any compensation at all for missing most of the day in the apartment

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, sauber (wird täglich gereinigt) und die Aussicht einfach toll. Die Lage ist super man erreicht alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war auch top es wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen :)
