Fantastic sunset views and a great location close to many of Sea Points restaurants and shops. The only minor downside is that it is located on the main floor so there is some noise from the morning traffic coming through the windows.

The flat is in a fantastic location with views of the promenade and the ocean and a short walk from lots of great restaurants. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. The balcony is fabulous for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning. The flat got quite hot in the afternoons when the sun shone directly in. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a fabulous apartment, but Nox's management of it is TERRIBLE. A 2pm check in was confirmed 3 times. We waited until 2.30 before leaving. Nox was unaware of the arranged check in time. The linen on arrival was still from the previous tenant and had not been changed. Despite requests, it was only changed on the last day of our three day stay. I was promised 2 soft pillows, which were not there. I was then told if I wanted them I would have to go and buy them for myself. The floors were filthy. When we arrived, the toilet was unflushed. Nox's Virtual Assistant replies are prompt and satisfying. However, I don't believe these are ever seen by any person to carry out the communicated instructions or requests, making this a broken, frustrating system. It really ruined our stay, which was in all other respects very good. However, being expected to sleep in somebody’s dirty sheets (grubby plus hair & coffee stains) was not acceptable.

The apartment has a nice view however you will still need to drive to find a nice swimming beach or any other attractions/restaurants. The street below the accommodation is very noisy. The apartment is also very small and there is no air conditioning.

Stanley was really great. Stop using the AI. It’s awfull. People and computer communicate trough the samen channel without noticing each others remarks. It is really bad in urgent matters. Becaus the VA doesn’t identify immediately and the previous contact was with a person. The appartment needs maintenance but it’s still nice!

We absolutely enjoyed our time there. There were some cosmetic issues and also mold growth on the wall in the second bathroom. Air conditioning would be welcome, but the sea breeze helped. The sunset views and location for the value were incredible.

Sundowner Views was fantastic, the location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. Nox were extremely helpful, attentive and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Our flight was delayed so only arrived at 10pm and Stanley from Nox was there with a smile on his face to meet us and show us around and get us settled in. I would recommend this apartment to everyone as it is just perfect. We look forward to our return visit.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage. Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Garagen und Stellplätze (abgesperrt) befinden sich im Souterrain des Gebäudes, man kann aber auch bedenkenlos auf der Straße parken. Pro Wohneinheit ist eine bestimmte Garage zugeordnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hochparterre mit Blick auf´s Meer, inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und hat einen ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz. Ein Schlafzimmer ging zur Straße raus und war etwas lauter durch den Straßenverkehr, dafür hat aber der Ausblick auf´s Meer entschädigt. Das andere Schlafzimmer ging Richtung Innenhof, welcher mit einem Brunnen auch recht nett gestaltet ist. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt (großes Einkaufscenter), in welchem auch ATMs zum Geldabheben vorhanden sind. In der selben Straße befinden sich auch viele Restaurants.
