The living and dining areas open onto a sea-facing balcony, alongside a bar with a wine fridge and direct flow to the pool terrace. Outdoors, a deck with a pool, loungers, gas and wood BBQs, and dining for ten creates an easy, open-air space for entertaining, while the home is secured with an alarm system.
