Cape Town Penthouse w Lovely Views Quendon Penthouse

Our stay in this penthouse was a great experience. The overall condo is beautiful and the location is ideal. The view are stunning, we had great sunsets and lions head views. The host was very responsive and even helped retrieve a lost item after we had checked out. Really appreciated this! We paid 200 euro a night and have to say this was excellent value. Sime things to note, there was a smell from the showers that implies there are some problems with the plumbing. Now and then we noticed a smell but this was cleared easily once windows were opened. The daily cleaning is a nice addition and alleviates this. The main shower didn't drain at the start but Nox got this fixed quite quickly and we're flexible. Make sure your key works for the back gate, we ended up requesting the code from the reception. Pool was cold in September (can't be surprised) I absolutely recommend staying in this apartment.

Красивая видовая квартира в хорошем районе. Апартаменты были невероятно красивыми. Большая трехэтажная квартира с видовыми окнами. Виды были действительно умопомрачительными. Но одна маленькая комната была без окон. Расположение квартиры было очень хорошим. С одной стороны эта тихая улочка, с другой - шаговая доступность до главной улицы с супермаркетами, магазинами и ресторанами. Очень близко до набережной, по которой можно пешком идти до Набережной Виктории и Альфреда. Оснащение квартиры было великолепным. В наличии было все, что нужно для приготовления и хранения еды, большое кличество посуды и столовых приборов, чай и кофе. На следующий день после нашего прибытия нам принесли бутылку оливкового масла, что тоже было очень приятно. Очень порадовало наличие не только стиральной, но и сушильной машины, что крайне удобно в путешествиях. Уборка, вынос мусора и замена полотенец были каждый день. В день нашего прибытия не работал интернет. Но его починили в тот же день после нашего обращения. В день выезда был немного сложный бесконтактный check out. Мы так и не смогли всунуть 3 огромные свзки ключей в один маленький lockbox. Охранник, наблюдавший наши попытки, решил вмешаться и предложил вызвать хозяев. В итоге вышла женщина и забрала у нас ключи. В целом мы очень довольны проживанием в этих апартаментах. Жаль не могли воспользоваться бассейном, т.к. была прохладная погода но терраса и виды на ней были прекрасны.

The apartment has incredible views from all sides. Stunning seaview and Mountian views, secure parking and easy access to all shops and restaurants. It’s also well equipped and has everything you need. We loved our stay there and would definately book again.

Really does need air conditioning downstairs - it’s a very very hot apartment Bedroom air con has only setting on and off - you can’t reduce fan speed so like sleeping under a freezing wind Murial is super and makes the difference Would be great to have cling film and foil left and paper towel rather than bagels etc This ain’t such as nice an apartment as belle view ( apart from bigger bed here ) - not ‘luxury’ can see owner not so interested in aesthetics . Very very inconvenient not being able to walk out of back gate now

Die Lage ist top. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Kleines Manko war der Pool, da das Wasser etwas trüb war und keine Pumpe lief, die das Wasser auffrischte. Zudem würde ich nicht empfehlen die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen zu buchen, da eins der Zimmer ohne Fenster und Klimaanlage ist und es dadurch nachts sehr stickig und warm ist.

Positiv: Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und das Highlight daher die dachterasse. Die Lage ist eine Minute zu Fuß von der Main Straße in seapoint super. Man fühlt sich sicher und frei über der Stadt, weil kein hohes Haus drumherum gebaut ist. Alle waren freundlich. Das loft ist perfekt für 6 Leute, man hat viel Platz und das Auto ist sicher in der Tiefgarage. Negativ: Mixer und Musikbox waren defekt und es wurde gesagt sie werden ausgetauscht, was aber nie geschah. Nagel stehen teils heraus am Bretterboden um den Pool, das ist echt gefährlich, wenn man dort sitzt. Das cleaning Personal kam zwischendurch nicht, war nicht jeden Tag da. Das kleinste Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage oder Fan und man muss die Tür nachts auflassen, weil man sonst Luftnot bekommt.

Fantastic stay at the sea point penthouse - the location, apartment itself and safety were great. Daily cleaning and responsive hosts who took care of things like pool cleaning, faulty AC etc right away! Only downside is that one of the rooms is tiny with no windows or ventilation, but no comments otherwise! Would be happy to return anytime

L’appartement est vraiment incroyable, très propres avec une très bonne terrasses on a beaucoup aimé séjourné dans cet appartement avec mes amies. On a une très bonne vue, environnement calme sécurisé et discret. Des très bon restaurant aux alentours à pied et supermarché à proximité on a manqué de rien et avec une très bonne femme de ménage qui passait 6 jours sur 7 entretenir la propreté l’appartement. Je recommande fortement en famille ou groupe d’amis

The picture doesn’t do justice. The view of Lionhead is right in front of you.!! They said daily cleaning service, which definitely helps keep the place clean . Unfortunately, you cannot have any guests. That was a downfall apart from that everything else went smoothly.

Probably the best view in Capetown! The flat is just stunning, very good located in Capetown and easy to access. Private pool area is worth the stay to enjoy amazing sunsets. This is your sign to book it!!

A really beautiful penthouse . The architecture and decor of the apartment is lovely . The rooftop pool is spectacular and the views are great ( particularly over Lions head ) . It is a really beautiful place in a great location

The apartment has a fantastic location with great views. The space is good with lots of light. However overall the apartment feels tired and needs a makeover. The facilities and furniture could do with updating or replacing.
