House was as pictured but needs some attention in areas, great access to Clifton 1st beach and plenty of walkable areas. Great security in Clifton so the apartment and surrounding area feels safe.

The apartment was in an excellent location- quiet but walkable to Camps bay restaurants. It was clean, a bonus with housekeeping everyday who also did our laundry. Any requests we had were accommodated quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

• The entrance is very tight and directly on the road. We had a medium-sized car and had to shift between Reverse and Drive multiple times to enter or exit the building. For families with vans, it’s nearly impossible to get in. • The elevator doesn’t work. I got stuck once, and the buttons inside don’t respond — someone from outside has to open the doors. • You have to use the stairs every time you park and go to the apartment. The stairs are made of concrete, always wet and dirty. You also have to carry your luggage up the stairs unless the elevator is fixed. • The apartment itself is average, not too bad, but there are several issues: • The master bedroom had a rotten smell, probably due to humidity in the bathroom. A dehumidifier was placed there, indicating they’re aware of the issue. The smell was very unpleasant. • The washing machine wasn’t clean. • The AC has multiple problems. Sometimes it doesn’t start unless you reset the main fuse (DP). Even when it works, it shuts off after an hour. If you restart it with the remote, it turns off every 10 minutes. This made it hard to sleep. We informed NOX, and they fixed it once by resetting the DP, but the issue kept happening, and they stopped responding. • There were no cutlery items (spoons and forks), so we had to buy our own. Overall: The apartment is average. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. It might be suitable for a group of guys on vacation, but only if the above issues are resolved.

Stunning views from this apartment. The sunsets are just magnificent. The pool is a great feature especially on the very hot days once the sun makes its way around the mountain. Elton was friendly and professional, and great at replying to my queries. The apartment is spacious and has great amentities including AC in both bedrooms plus downstairs. Upstairs rooms have even better views than downstairs if you can believe it. It was a lovely relaxing stay with the most gorgeous views in Cape Town. 10/10 would recommend.
