Beautiful Apartment and Convenient Location. Quiet and safe.
The dishwasher had pieces of food left in, so it smelled pungent when we opened it.
We were told the cleaner would come clean during our stay but never did.

We have also investigated the no housekeeping with the team and the housekeeper did come to the property but the door was locked from the inside so she unfortunately couldn't gain access. Lovely apartment, just a few details are a bit worn out ( little decor pieces, bedding, Peter was almost helpless from day one that i called him regarding the key . He does not answer his phone or messages on time, I called him so many times, and he didn't answer or get back to me I had to keep on calling and calling for almost 2days to get him on the phone
but appreciated the Charlotte Rhys bathroom products. Thalitha(the cleaning lady )was amazing,super polite, with a beautiful smile. Olaf gave me the key and showed me the apartment. He was amazing and on point, very patient, and understanding . He communicates very well and notified me on when he will not be available and send me the number of Peter to assit while unavailable. These two people(Thalitha and Olaf )are the reason to book again this apartment

The place was amazing,clean and looked like the pics. The host was helpful and gave enough info to make the stay easy and good. I’d book the place again as it even has safe parking inside. The lace has everything that I need and it’s just wonderful. I m in love with that place and the business ethic of the host. The beds were comfortable, sufficient closet space, ironing board provided and there was Wi-Fi that worked even during load shedding. The place is a great definition of less is more and it’s so clean. There was house keeping when we were there which was cool. The kitchen had Smeg appliances which was also totally cool!!! Including a dishwasher and other appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave and blender and a gas stove. It was worth the price in all aspects.

Good day
We had a wonderful stay.
Maybe I must just mention some things that you can pay attention to.
One of the pillow cases was torn, the dishwasher had a terrible smell and one of the pots were not clean but it was in the cupboard.
But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and in a great location - very spacious and modern. The shower drain was blocked one day and led to the bathroom flooding but the host was responsive and attended to it. Overall, we had a great stay.

Absolutely excellent venue and great facility. The shower will however flood if taken for anything but the quickest wash. I do strongly recommend this venue, hopefully it’s just a drainage issue that can be easily fixed.

Loved my stay here. It was very close to V&A and restaurants. The area is quiet, safe and clean. The cleaner came in every morning and staff was kind. Just had a minor issue with the shower being blocked when we arrived but cleaner was able to quickly help resolve. Responsive host.

The place was beautiful however we were not happy about being harassed by the security guard about noise when we at some point were quiet. It was really upsetting to be treated like toddlers but thankful for Paul who explained everything to us and understood us.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, we were there for my younger sisters graduation and we stayed for a week and everything was great, very clean apartment, no loadshedding very close to V&A Waterfront and the Promenade.

What a lovely apartment and area, we loved It, it felt like home.

The apartment is clean, their beds are very comfortable. The lady who assists with cleaning was also friendly. It has the standards of a hotel or even better than a hotel. I will definitely come back.

tolle Wohnung, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Stellenbosch. Cafés, Bars und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Lage. Daher am Abend leider auch etwas lauft. Ansonsten top!
Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

We enjoyed our stay :) we travelled for a work trip recently and this place was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and helpful and flexible with our early check in time.

Good morning,
I am contacting you about my recent stay with Nox. It was one of the most unorganized, messy and unorganized places I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived the first day there were only 2 towels there when we were booked for 4. The kitchen cuboards were dirty at places, the TV remote was not working properly and the kettle was broken. The first day the host definitely did not check the place because there was still trash from before. There were many amenities that we could not use. This was this biggest waist of my money yet. I believe that this place is not worth it. You can find better.

The rooms and bathroom are very dark with not much ventilation. The first bedroom's "bed" is just a mattress placed on some wooden stand which is super low which wasn't comfortable but nonetheless, the place was clean and cleaned throughout our stay, in a quiet area and secured 24/7 which we appreciated. Thank you for hosting us.
