Mooi ruim huis met voldoende parkeergelegenheid op prima locatie. Mooi ruim huis, goede bedden en hele vriendelijke schoonmaakster. Mooi ruim terras met overkapping en voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de garage. Zwembad prima, maar wel wat koud.

Joyfull stay in fantastic appartment with all things you need The Propperty management company NOX was 100% and the whole time of our stay we had a woman to clean and help us in any way she could. I have never in my trips to South Africa had such a service. The appartment was fantastic and over what we expected.

This little neighborhood is so close to walkable restaurants, cafes, the Waterfront, and more but felt very secluded in a safe and quiet way with 24/7 security. a great combo of all that's needed in Cape Town.

Comfortabel op prima plek Comfort. Heerlijke bedden en beddengoed. Goed uitgeruste keuken met thee en koffie voor de eerste dagen. Voldoende schoonmaakmiddelen /shampoo etc. Leuke wijk met vriendelijke uitstraling door de gekleurde huisjes en laagbouw. Gezellige restaurantjes, rooftopbars en supermarkt een paar straten verderop. Waterfront op 15 min wandelen.

In die Jahre gekommen Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, aber die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, Betten durchgelegen. Aussentüren wurden bereits mehrfach aufgebrochen und nicht repariert. Eine ließ sich nur schließen, wenn zwei Leute sie mit ganzem Gewicht zu drückten. Trotz Meldung beim Vermieter wurde nichts gefixt. Zum Duschen ist nur ein Bad nutzbar, weil im anderen ausschließlich eine Badewanne ohne Duschkopf ist - macht keinen Sinn in einem Land mit Wasserarmut. Küche und Terasse sind super. Tägliche Reinigung durch sehr motivierte Reinigungskraft

A magical and spacious apartment right in the middle of De Waterkant. We loved the area. It’s possibly the nicest area to stay in the whole of Cape Town. The apartment is clean, modern, tidy. We loved the parking bay, daily maid and pool and enjoyed drinks on the front patio early evenings. You cannot go wrong with this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was located in a good area with restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.The only downside is the bedrooms are very small so quite restricted for 6 adults.Great to have the unit serviced during the week and Nox communicated very well.Check in was smooth and overall we would recommend the unit to other guests.

The location was good. Private, safe and quiet. But, the rooms are quite small and they didn’t have most of things readily available to use for the kitchen and the washing/cleaning. You need to buy everything from scratch. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool but there were no gazebos.

Good location, lovely place and great for what we needed. The Location was ideal, nice neighbourhood and close to the V&A. The pool was nice but shared with other apartments. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate out most of the time as its not expensive. Aircon during summer was a dream. Each room had its own and the living room had one too.
