Delightful Rental w Sea Views Vadi Apartment

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und der Ausblick vom Balkon und auch vom Schlafzimmer aus unbezahlbar! Die Wege sind recht kurz um an den Strand und in die Stadt zu kommen- alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Was leider erwähnt werden muss ist, dass die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick zwar sehr hochwertig aussieht, aber auf den zweiten Blick schon einige Makel aufgetreten sind. Zum einen war das Bad nicht sauber- wir haben lange Haare in der Badewanne gefunden und der Mülleimer war noch von unseren Vorgängern voll... ein Wasserhahn war vollkommen locker und eine Lampe kaputt und zersplittert. Außerdem war die interne Kommunikation der NOX Mitarbeiter recht schlecht... zB haben wir besprochen, dass wir keine Putzfrau benötigen, plötzlich stand vormittags trotzdem eine Person im Apartment, die mich zu Tode erschreckt hat. Diese hatte nicht die Muse das Apartment zu verlassen, sondern hat 30 Minuten am Esszimmertisch gesessen und gewartet, bis sie wieder abgeholt wurde -.-

Es handelt sich um einen größeren Apartmentkomplex. Due Wihnung ist nach vorne raus, was für einen tollen Blick sorgt. Leider hört man bereits sb sehr früh morgens Security Angestellte laut reden und auch die Leute, die im Hotel gegenüber arbeiten. Holz hacken etc. Abends treffen sich Menschen aus dem Komplex in der Einfahrt unter dem Schlafzimmer und auch hier hört nan jedes Wort. Der Toilettensitz sollte angeblich repariert werden, was dann jedoch nicht passiert ist. Nox ust sehr sparsam und stellt nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche zur Begrüssung bereit. Sie bietet stattdessen einen kostenpflichtigen Einkaufsservice an. Das Apartment hat bessere Zeiten gesehen. Alle Möbel sind angeschlagen. Insgesamt war es ab dem 2ten Tag dann sehr sauber und wir mögen die Lage zu Fuss Restaurants in Campsbay besuchen zu können . 2 Schlafzimmer sind sehr praktisch.

Vorsicht: Diebstahl durch Reinigungskraft und keinerlei Hilfe von NOX!! Super schade, da die Wohnung an sich eine super Lage hat und das Sicherheitssystem von dem Gebäude an sich sehr gut ist. Wir haben aufgrund der einen schlechten Bewertung die Reinigungskräfte für den gesamten Aufenthalt direkt abgesagt, da wir niemand Fremdes in der Wohnung haben wollte. Nach Bestätigung von Nox hatten wir einen late check out für 11 Uhr verabredet und waren sehr überrascht, als wir um 10:45 Uhr vom Frühstück zurück in die Wohnung kamen, dass eine Reinigungskraft ohne Zustimmung! in der Wohnung war UND DANN AUCH NOCH UNSER BARGELD KOMPLETT FEHLTE!! 260€ sind weg und wir haben erst probiert der Reinigungskraft die Chance zu geben, das Geld zurück zu geben, sollte sie es beim Sauber machen "finden" - ergebnislos - und danach noch über 1 Woche Nox die Möglichkeit geben die Angelegenheit zu klären - ebenfalls ergebnislos. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen!!

Wir wurden beklaut, es war nicht ersichtlich wer alles einen Schlüssel zum Apartment hatte und somit ist waren während unserer Abwesenheit verschiedene Personen in der Unternunft. Die Ausstattung war teilweise defekt oder fehlte. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, bei unserer Ankunft und die Kommunikation war miserabel. Leider haben wir auch das geklaute Geld nie wieder gesehen. Für den Preis würde ich dies nicht nochmals empfehlen!!

I had an excellent experience staying here. The host Ibrahim was warm, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The place was spotless, safe, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Vadi apartment was safe secure and comfortable Our apartment was cancelled two days out and we were offered a replacement which was very nice. In a very secure complex, lovely views and great apartment. We stayed in Vadi apartments not the camps bay terrace through Nox.

Overall the stay was excellent. The only slight issue was that no one from NOX was there to check us into the apartment despite the fact that we communicated earlier in the day to advise the time of our arrival. There were a some housekeeping issues when we arrived. One of the outside chairs needed to be repaired, which was done the next day, and we asked for a fan for the second bedroom. The light bulb in the second bathroom didn’t work and the light fitting was loose. Apart from these minor issues we were very happy with our stay.

Really lovely place and Nox were great at managing our whole stay. They were incredibly fast at responding. Unfortunately the main bathroom flooded because of a blocked shower however they came over immediately to fix it and clean up afterwards. Linda was the maid and she was really lovely and cleaned every day for us. Lovely stay, would definitely stay there again! - Pool a little small and unattended but don't think that's down to flat owner

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen in Camps Bay, wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die 12 Apostel und ist recht windgeschützt, auch wenn der Wind fegt. Am Pool kann man einen entspannten Nachmittag verbringen.

Apartment’s location and views were fantastic. Nox allowed us to drop our bags at the office when we flew in and met us at the apartment with our bags. The washing machine was broken, and we were promised this would be fixed within days. We had issues contacting Nox about this, due to the poor AI chat facility they use. Nox paid for a laundry service, however we had to arrange this, instead of Nox taking ownership. Some of the clothes came back bleached and damaged. Nox did reimburse us for this. We feel the housekeeping service should be optional, or a lot quicker. The housekeeper took 4+ hours each time and on one occasion we arrived home to her eating lunch and watching TV, whilst waiting for fresh towels to arrive. We feel this service is unnecessary and invasive. We booked an Airbnb for privacy. The apartment itself is very large, modern and has excellent facilities otherwise. The site manager and security were excellent. Without the above issues, our rating would be 5/5.

Fantastiskt boende och utmärkt service! Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Vadi Apartment i Camps Bay. Lägenheten var precis som beskrivet – bekväm, stilren och med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Boendet var välutrustat med allt vi behövde, och både sovrummen och badrummen var rena och rymliga. Den gemensamma poolen var också ett härligt tillskott. NOX var en fantastisk värd – mycket tillmötesgående, snabba och professionella i sin kommunikation. De gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att vi skulle få en smidig och trevlig vistelse. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The host was responsive and answered our questions promptly. A beautiful and well equipped flat in Camps Bay, with fabulous views, and in a very secure complex. Communication with the rental agency was a bit hit and miss, but overall a great stay.

Sihle was warmly welcoming, even though we arrived close to midnight. So reassuring to have someone show you around when you check in that late! The place was clean, very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms with nice products to enhance. I was particularly pleased that fresh milk was provided as well as coffee, tea and basics for cooking. The layout worked well for us and our two young adult children, giving us space to unwind, but also a nice kitchen and dining room area where we could commune around food. We would definitely choose to stay here again and could not fault our host.
