Communication was excellent. Everything was clear and concise. Responses were prompt. Regular check-ins via WhatsApp were superb. Zizile the housekeeper was excellent. The property had everything you needed for your stay. I highly recommend this place and this team and would definitely book with them again.

Great area to stay - tons of restaurants nearby. Host was responsive throughout the stay. We did not have any issues until the checkout when the host said we left a burn mark on the table - we did not leave anything hot on the table neither did we smoke inside the house. Overall a good place to stay but record a video of the house when checking in.

Perfect venue for a nice Trip to Cape town staying in an amazing, well equipped house in the middle of Waterkant, super calm and beautiful area of town yet still central enough to reach everything easily. Nox was super responsive and helpful all the time.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sehr schön in einer super Umgebung! Gute Restaurants und Supermärkte waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir ein Insektenproblem und haben wenig Unterstützung bei der Behebung bekommen. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft - super freundliches Personal :) gerne wieder!! Super schöne - saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage in der Nähe von Bo-Kaap und der Waterfront. Überall in der Gegend ist Sicherheitspersonal, so dass man sich wirklich sehr sicher fühlt. Direkt in der Straße gibt es Cafés und Bars. Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort und eine tolle Unterkunft.

Через 10 минут после нашего запроса в дверь постучал мужчина одетый в форму обслуживающей компании и спросил какие есть проблемы с wifi. В то время пока мы были в другой комнате сотрудник зашел в комнату моей подруги и забрал 2 телефона. На этой происшествие никак не отреагировал менеджер, к моменту когда приехала полиция он поспешил к выходу но мы его остановили. Его босс тоже никак не смог нам помочь, когда мы позвонили ему и попросили разобраться он без энтузиазма ответил, что поможет нам завтра. Менеджер сказал, что техник для ремонта wifi должен был прийти в другой день. Но как человек, который украл 2 телефона узнал о проблеме с wifi? Также менеджер не прошел полиграф, каждый его ответ указывал на то, что он лжет. Больше никогда не буду арендовывать жилье от Nox, так как не чувствую себя и свои вещи в безопасности.

Great location and neighbourhood : midway between the Waterfront and Down Town, and also lots of great spots in the immediate vicinity, including Il Leonne (best Italian in CPT), the Manhattan Bar (great fun) and the Village Cafe. Spar just on the main road for groceries and very safe with lots of patrolling security Really nicely decked out apartment with a super rooftop pool, nice kitchen and front room and great decor. The only gripe I had was no AC in the front bedroom and the use of a bot for responses to my enquiries. I prefer talking to a real person. In conclusion, a really good apartment, strongly recommended

A stunning home in a fantastic location, right around the corner from bars, coffee, shops and everything else you need. Definitely has the WOW factor in looks. NOX were a great host with all the people we interacted with being super friendly and helpful. I’m saddened to not give 5 stars but unfortunately one nights sleep was completely wrecked by the alarm system beeping from 2am and there not being a valid emergency contact. Not the fault of NOX and just bad luck but still, I have to give an accurate reflection of my experience. Would still 100% recommend but would urge NOX to put the details of alarm in an info pack or on the website for the home.

Our group of six (three couples) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. The home is clean, safe, comfortable and located in a fantastic neighborhood...walking distance to lots of great restaurants as well as the V&A Waterfront. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service (something we don't often get with Airbnb rentals) and the well-stocked kitchen (even though we didn't cook since there are so many awesome places to eat nearby). Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we were grateful for a slightly early checkin. Definitely recommend!

Really great place and location close to table mountain, V and A waterfront and lots of restaurants walking distance not to mention a spar down the road for convince, the street parking may seem not so great as you might not the same spot but it doesn't get full especially on the road leading up to the property so that made life easier and its safe with the meter people patrolling there also
