the view from the house. the house was exactly as per the pictures on the website. the fact that there was a helper coming in to clean everyday.
the drive way is not easy; it should be paved a bit smoother. the alarm explanation was not done correctly on the first night and alarm kept going off.

My fiancée and I chose to spend 5 nights at the Falcon in the week leading up to our wedding in Stellenbosch. The tight driveway is worth the effort as the location and views are superb. However, the maintenance of the villa by Nox Rentals is sub standard for the price we paid. I expressed this to them a number of times and their response has been inadequate. Dusty wardrobes, chipped paint, broken ornaments, a shattered sliding door and a gate intercom that doesn’t work. No doubt, they would’ve fixed the numerous issues we found while staying there by now but to forewarn you, don’t there may be problems during your stay.

Both a friend and I had an opportunity to stay in The Falcon for a few days while on a brief vacation in Cape Town. It is such a beautiful, unforgettable property. The beds are difficult to get out of because they are so comfortable. I wish I spent more time in bed just to enjoy it a bit longer. The views are breathtaking and every part of The Falcon offers one more square meter to appreciate. Another great feature of this property is that it is extremely safe. Prior to coming to Cape Town, I had heard horror stories of how dangerous the area can be. However, the security of the house is that it sits atop a steep hill, which is the first line of defense. The other feature is that the alarm system adds additional security. My friend and I accidentally set off the alarm multiple times and each time an armed guard showed up within minutes to check on us. Turns out the area is extremely safe to stay and walk around in both in the day and at night. Although, The Falcon is a gem, my Cape Town experience was phenomenal because of the dynamic staff. Bonnie did my booking and everything was smooth from the work she did on the front end to set up the booking. Mathew was so kind and checked in with us to ensure everything was suitable. Peter, what an amazing personality!!! He checked us in and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood The Falcon property. Finally, there was Tingo. I can not say enough great things about Tingo. He came as a referral to take us to buy groceries. However, we discovered he's very knowledgeable about Cape Town and all that it has to offer. Tingo is the reason we were able to tour Cape Town and I will forever be thankful to him and the service he provided us. Our time in Cape Town was so much more because of Tingo. He assisted us from beginning to end and even pitched in to help us upon check out. The Falcon is so beautiful and the team that manages this property is excellent. I can't wait to return next year and The Falcon is #1 on my list.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Die Instandhaltung könnte etwas besser sein, die Auffahrt ist - wie schon mehrfach beschrieben - eine kleine Herausforderungen, man sollte Spaß am Autofahren haben. ?
Etwas nervig war, dass die Alarmanlage keine Kontrollampe hat und dass das Dach bei starkem Wind sehr laut ist.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

This Villa was absolutely spectacular! Stylish, modern, clean, and very spacious and comfortable. The area high up the hill in Camps Bay was beautiful and the views on every direction are world class! We had a car but left it behind most of the time because the Lyft cars would be there in less than 10 minutes to take us down the hill to to the many great close restaurants and bars and coffee shops around the area. I would recommend this Villa highly and will definitely stay again next time in Cape Town.

The location of the property is excellent, the security measures made us feel safe and the host support was fantastic. My luggage had been lost on the flight over and Tendayi was lovely in helping me call the airline and communicating back to me from them. We had a query about the lighting which he helped us resolve and arranged electrician help for the following day to resolve it. The cleaner comes every day bar Sundays which ensured the property was kept clean and tidy, she also helped us with washing too. She was thorough but not intrusive at all.
The property itself is stunning, the sweeping views over camps bay are second to none, we watched the sunset from the balcony every day and enjoyed opening up curtains to the full length windows in every room to see the morning sun reflecting from lions head every morning.
The rooms are all furnished well - good storage & space etc. There were basic amenities like coffee, tea & milk as well as plenty of hand soap, shower gel & washing powder.
Overall, the property exceeded our expectations, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

We experienced a couple of issues with the electrics that Tendayi endeavoured to resolve. The distribution board kept tripping so we struggle with lighting. An electrician did visit to fix this and Tendayi gave us instructions to switch them back on quickly but this didn’t properly resolve it so we had to resort to lamps as the main lighting didn’t always work.
The only other struggle we had that is worth sharing with others booking your stay here is the drive way. It is very steep & has tight turns to get up. We had to get our luggage and passengers out of the car to get up the drive when we first arrived, it was fine but would be stressful if not a confident driver or in a weak car.

loadshedding happened a few times a day and there was no back up electricity and we weren’t told until the day before we were arriving.
no charge point for international travellers. cold on the middle floor - fire place didn’t work except the one time one of the management staff popped by.
fantastic villa but it’s not as comfortable as it should be.

Late check-in was accommodated smoothly by Victor! He was good with communication and was there exactly on time. He gave a concise yet thorough tour of the property and alarm system/key fobs. Property is amazing, with great views from every bedroom. I couldn't see from the listing's pics if/how many showers there are, but there are 2 walk-in showers in the property. The property has a long, steep driveway with switchbacks.. so Ubers will generally meet/drop you off at the bottom of the driveway on the street (which isn't a problem at all, but just a heads up). Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the falcon was amazing. We stayed with 6 people and all of us loved it. The view is a dream come true. The location ist very good, it’s quiet, it takes less than 10 minutes by Uber to get into the city.
We didn’t know there was a maid included - she came a few times and was super nice.
I’d definitely book this place again and can recommend 100%.
Also the check in / check out was just perfect, Victor was super nice and explained everything when we arrived and even helped us with the luggage when we left.

This property lived up to all of my expectations! This was my 6th time in Cape Town and by far the best property I’ve stayed at. The views of table mountain and lions head are so close you feel like you can touch them. My flight came in 2 hours before my scheduled check in time but i was still able to check in once i arrived. The communication between and me the Nox team was excellent from the moment i thought about booking. I fell in love with the contemporary design and the modern art all around the property. When i come back to Cape Town i definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Apartment, Views and especially the master bedroom are stunning. However the other two bedrooms are less equipped (e.g. no boxspring beds or TV). Service from our cleaning lady was beyond perfect. She was extremely nice! Regarding the house equipment I hope that nox will take care of more details in the future (e.g. no working lighter for the oven or grill; only one hair dryer for three bedrooms)

This was the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The views from the house are unparalleled; the most incredible experience ever. All of the rooms have stunning ocean views, and you can see the mountains throughout the house.

We took walks in the neighbourhood and felt safe, as well as running up the mountain. We felt treated to have a helper clean every day, and we greatly appreciated the host’s responsiveness to our needs.

There were a few minor issues; the guest bathroom felt a bit dated and some breaking items, e.g. toilet paper holder. Other than that, this house is a true gem and great value for money. We were thoroughly satisfied, and our stay exceeded our expectations!

No sunset can compare to what you will have here on a daily basis. I’ve never been more blown away by a houses location like that before.
Having the ocean in front, Lions Head to the right and the 12 Apostles behind you is simply incredible.
The house itself is lovely and modern with a beautiful open plan which is flooded by natural light. I wouldn’t recommend for families with young kids but I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone else.
The only problem we had that our time there was to short. We all wished we could live there forever. Can’t wait to come back.

Spectacular place with beautiful all round views of Table Mountain, Lions Head, 12 Apostles, SeaPoint, Cape Town Stadium with a lovely sunset and sunrise. Very serene environment. Easily accessible via Uber or self drive. Sad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool coz the weather couldn’t allow. But we totally enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to the next visit.

This home blew us away! The views of Lions Head and the 12 Apostles from this Camps Bay home were exquisite. The home met all our expectations! Having a house keeper come through daily was such a treat. We came in winter so we didn’t utilize the pool, but it looked amazing! I wish we had spent more time at the house and enjoyed it more, but we had a lot we wanted to do in Cape Town during our stay. Rudi and Peter were great hosts. They checked in multiple times during our stay and really made our stay so easy. Thanks for a great week! We will definitely be recommending this home to friends!

This Airbnb is STUNNING, the Nox Rentals team is fantastic and were so accommodating during our stay. The wifi was spotty at times but other than that this is the perfect getaway in Camps Bay. 10/10 Recommend.

Very clean and nice house with spectacular views of camps bay and also the mountains straight behind the house.

Water pressure in the showers was a problem (had nothing to do with the drought since we lived in 3 other houses in camps bay also). But apart from that the house was stunning. Very clean and lots of open spaces.

Ce voyage entre trois amies restera inoubliable et cette villa en est pour quelque chose. La maison est propre, tendance et bien équipé, la vue est magnifique, on ne peut s'en lasser, la cheminé parfaite pour les froides nuits d'hiver. La communication était bonne et le système de sécurité aussi. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. L'équipe a aussi pu nous arranger un early check-in et un late check-out selon leurs disponibilités encore merci.
