Had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Sea Point! The space was really beautiful and we were very comfortable during our stay. No issues with water, electricity, or AC temperature, so everything was perfect. The space comes with daily housekeeping too, which was unexpected but very pleasant. Washer dryer are in unit, and are fairly easy to use. No detergent was provided though so I bought a bottle (and left it for future guests!) There were a couple of quirks about the place. Specifically the tub is difficult to use, the only temperature of the water is boiling, so it literally took 6 hours for the water cool down to use. There’s also a football field behind the place, so there was some outside noise later into the evening some days. Easily accessible to a lot of restaurants, the V&A waterfront, and the Oranjezicht market, so it was very well positioned! We had a lovely time.

Another wonder stay in this beautiful apartment! I absolutely love staying here when I’m in Cape Town. I’m always disappointed when it isn’t available. The view takes your breath away. I absolutely loved the unit it's beautiful with both views of the mountains and the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and bed linen crisp and clean I would recommend new preper pillows the ones you have are hard. I was really disappointed that they are busy with construction at the building as this was my yearly getaway weekend and I wanted to rest and recharge but found it almost impossible with the drilling and hammering all day long. There was a few maintenance problems that I understand is normal when renting out a place and all was attended to ASAP. Overall a beautiful place with stunning views

Absolutely loved my stay! The location in Cape Town was perfect, central to everything and just a short walk to the Promenade, where I enjoyed morning runs in a safe and scenic setting. The place itself was beautiful, well-kept, and had the most incredible views, especially at sunset. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful yet convenient base in the city.

This apartment is an ideal place of both worlds - majestic Lion's head view at the back and magnificent sea view at the front. The place looks exactly like those shown on the listing...very beautifully decorated, spacious and lots of natural light. I will share both the good and the bad. The place was very beautifully decorated, amazing views, in a great neighbourhood with everything you need, and very convenient for walking to V&A waterfront. Unfortunately our stay was a bit spoiled by the construction. They did warn us about the potential impact to our stay, but it was very last minute warning, which would’ve made it very hard to find a good replacement in time. The construction wasn’t mild, it was very loud drilling, right into the wall next to the Airbnb during daytime hours and unfortunately on our second day they even burst a pipe which set the water down in the entire building for half a day. This is not the hosts fault, however we feel that there should have been a discount on the stay given the noise and inconvenience of losing the water, and also that we should have been given more advance notice and clarification of the severity of the construction impact.

Great apartment nice location and central to the stadium. Well appointed and very comfortable. A little hot in the afternoon with the late sun, maybe some heavier blinds but a great location. I found however that the Nox process was cumbersome. Too many messages and very impersonal also using their own platform to communicate rather than Airbnb which was a fist for me. The gps location was wrong and the host did not respond when I messaged them about it on the Airbnb platform. I had to call the Nox call centre. Even they had the apartment name but not the building name. It was a taint on an otherwise good experience. Nox sends way too many messages bordering on spam to the point where you ignore it. Crisp communication is not their strong suit and it’s very impersonal. It’s a first for me when the hosts are just there to hand over the keys and have very little value to add. Apartment great , Nox was however not.

Great location with incredible views. If you’re a runner, it’s great to step outside and be able to run along the Sea Pointe Promenade. The bed was amazing as was the shower. A great spot for our first time in Cape Town. We were only given one pair of keys but the checkout instructions made it seem like there could’ve been a second pair which would’ve been helpful. We were also told the wrong instructions on which keys to use where but we figured it out quickly.

The accommodation was beautiful, safe and clean (except the dish washer still contained used dishes from the previous guest when we checked in - which didn’t trouble us too much). It has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen equipment, TV). The location is great. It’s a walkable distance to the Oranjezicht Market/V&A Waterfront and a quick Uber ride from all the sights. The hosts is very fast and proactive in the communication making sure we had everything we need. One reason for not a perfect rating. The front door itself has 2 locks. However, the key for one lock was not provided and the second lock was not working properly. Both aspects were quickly acknowledged by the host during the check in. He said we would check the locks and send a locksmith, who didn’t come during our stay. As a result, we had to rely on the gate in front of our front door for safety. However, all in all, a pleasant stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Although not directly on the water, this Airbnb offered an exceptional stay with its own unique charm and great views ! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken in preparing the property. The home was well cleaned, well-organized, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the cozy living area to the comfortable bedroom! My favorite being the bathtub 😍 The location was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, this is the best air bnb that we have ever stayed in. I really think that the photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect and peaceful. Victor checked us in, and gave us all the instructions needed. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. The 180 degrees view of the sea and mountains is unreal. We arrived in the evening and caught the beautiful sunset. The kitchen is stocked with lots of equipment and bits for cooking and baking. The bedroom is so spacious; loved the floor length mirror; the bed and pillows- extremely comfortable. Also love the bathroom and bath tub area. The bathroom has a motion sensor for floor lights which was handy at night. We also used the washer and dryer for laundry! We felt quite secure with the fob for entry, the security guard and the security door at the entrance of the apartment. My only advice would be a more detailed tutorial of how to lock the door. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Die Unterkunft war luxuriös ausgestattet, sehr sauber mit sehr bequemen Betten und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man problemlos spazieren gehen kann. Die Waterfront mit tollen Lokalen ist 15 min entfernt, aber auch in der Nähe gibt es nette Restaurants und Cafés. Stellplatz für das Auto ist innerhalb der Wohnanlage. Einen Balkon hat es nicht dafür kann die Fensterfront zum Wasser hin komplett geöffnet werden. Das Apartment wird täglich gereinigt und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

I know Cape Town, so knew more or less exactly where this flat was. And it matched my expectations in both location and interior. It has to be the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Victor from Nox was a good host too. I enjoyed meeting him. Overall, a wonderful flat. My stay was too short!

This apartment is out of this world. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains. Loved everything about my stay. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the interior was absolutely stunning. The views are some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. My stay was so lovely.
