Lovely place and fantastic position and views. Apartment showing signs of age. Toilets on view in rooms with just open glass. Luckily we had the two room to ourselves so we used second room as our bathroom.

Fantastische Lage und Blick von der Terrasse! Leider ist die Unterkunft schon sehr abgewohnt und nicht gepflegt. Insbesondere die Küche, Balkon und der Boden sind nicht sauber und bereits leicht defekt - eine Grundreinigung ist zwingend nach jedem Aufenthalt erforderlich - nicht nur die Bettwäsche tauschen - sowie eine Überholung der Möbel. Ebenfalls die Sicherheit ist zu hinterfragen - der Eingang befindet sich in einem Hintereingang für Personal ohne abgeschlossener Eingangstür. Ebenfalls gibt es keinen Empfang oder Ähnliches. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über sehr viele standardisierte emails. Per Telefon ist Nox nicht zu erreichen. Wir würden das Apartment sowie den Anbieter trotz der wunderbaren Lage nicht weiterempfehlen

The location was simply the best as well as the ocean view outstanding The accommodations were comfortable The unit could use a little facelift Cabinetry and floors were a little worn down Bedding was OK, but fresh pillows would have made a nice improvement. The unit just seemed a little dated overall it was a good experience

Zeer slecht onderhouden, vlekken op zetel en de kussens versleten. Tapijt zeer vuil. In een van de slaapkamers was de verlichting voor de helft stuk , dus zeer donker. In de andere kamer was er maar aan één kant lichtpunt. Voor deze prijs verwacht men toch iets anders daar het voor mij niet de eerste maal was dat ik in deze omgeving verbleef. Het enige dat goed was het zicht en omgeving.

Very good, couldve been better if the toilets had doors. Beautiful apartment located at Camps bay itself where all the restaurants are just a short walk away. The balcony is facing camps bay beach so the views are spectacular. Host was lovely and the housekeeper was there daily to make our beds and clean the rooms. Overall a solid 8.5/10 for us!

I really enjoyed staying at this property, it was clean, cute and not far from a lot of things. The only thing it didn’t have was a washer and dryer and my bedroom door didn’t shut all the way but other than that it was really nice.

While the beginning and duration of our stay was lovely. Our host was great but on check out day, we were thrown out like we had been squatting by people we’d not had any interactions with during our stay and before the actual checkout time. The gentleman was completely rude and unprofessional.

My word, the photos don’t do it justice! It’s better than the photos. Location is perfect! Nox’s communication is top notch. Very helpful. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you. One tiny improvement is to probably have frosted glass to separate the toilet. But honestly it was absolutely brilliant!!

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful view by the beach, clean home and as described. Host who welcomed us was super friendly and nice too. Cons: No lift - so had to drag our suitcases down 2 flights of stairs. (Not very long flights). Also, windows were very thin and we could hear people chatting from 6am loudly or at 12am having parties. Its almost like they were beside us. Other than that, the place was amazing!

See above. Loved it. Property was super clean! Beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were of good quality, showers were hot. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to "Hop on-Hop Off" Bus. Supermarkets close by. View from the balcony was superb. Kitchen has everything you need for basic meals, but could use a bigger frying pan. Attending staff are superb, well trained and friendly people. Response was always quick. Probably the best short term rental I've ever experienced.

We had a great time in the appartment. The location is fantastic, safe and secure and we enjoyed stunning views from the balcony to the beach. All restaurants and bars at Camps Bay are max 5-10 min walking distance which is great, as no car/Taxi is needed. Super easy check in and check out, and great communication with Nox. Super friendly service. Can strongly recommend the location.
