The apartment is beautiful and true to the pictures. The only feedback would be to provide a gas heater in the TV/Lounge room as it was freezing. Note, we have come during the winter. Both bedrooms have aircon units that had a Heat function so both rooms were warm. The elevators worked during load shedding and the inverter ensured that we had uninterrupted power. The exit out the garage (Basement) is very tight be careful to not scratch the side of your car however the security were very helpful with providing assistance with exiting the parking onto the Main Street. Over all it was a delight to stay!

Well located with the beaches a short way down the road. Staff and security very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful views. Pictures exactly as you see it. Nice clean bedding and beds. All the amenities available that you might need with a fully equipped kitchen with small and large appliances.
Parking a bit of a problem with loadshedding putting the vehicle lift out of order. Thus, cannot get to parking level. Security did however assist to park in an alternative spot. Please note the fine print for the deposit required. Very high!

Location is perfect. The apartment was also spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. Views were amazing. Patience was such a darling.
Having to wait for the host to give us our keys. Being reminded of check out when we had agreed on late chek out. Bath was leaking and although there was suggestion to bring in someone to fix it we opted not to get it fixed whilst we are there, especially during covid19.

In regards to the mentioned issues, we wish to advise as follows: Crockery and Cutlery - We have done another inventory audit and we are replenishing where necessary. Daily Servicing - We do provide daily servicing excluding Public Holidays and Sundays. We apologize for the lack of communication, especially since your stay was over a long weekend. Parking - The unit does have its own dedicated bay which is accessible by a car lift but oftentimes it is affected by load shedding and we do ask guests to make use of other available bays. Our Hosts - The hosting team makes every effort to meet all guests on arrival but on this day the host was unfortunately delayed at another property. TV out of order - We always try our best to resolve issues timeously but we have also addressed this with the team. Great apartment, amazing view as soon as you walk in and on every bedroom. The only thing I would say is there are a couple of very minor things such as paint touch ups and there is what looks like a cigarette burn in the sofa but nothing seriousl.

Great Location. The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean, it does not have aircon though, and therefore gets extremely hot due to the sun. There was also a heat wave when we were there that made it worse.
It states that the apartment is load-shedding proofed, which is not entirely true as only lights and television work. One cannot use any of the plugs.
It was however a wonderful stay!

This place was STUNNING! Absolutely recommend. Beautiful views and close to many restaurants and attractions. We stayed here for 6days, and felt right at home. This accommodation also had someone come help with our laundry and cleaning so every time we left and came back the place was nice and clean. The Nox group was very responsive whenever we had a question , the security guards downstairs were also super helpful with our bags. All in all a great experience.

Een prachtig volledig appartement met 2 slaapkamers en badkamers en een inpandige garage.
Een mooi uitzicht over de baai, je hoort constant de zee ruizen.

Wij hadden de pech dat toen we het bad leeg lieten lopen er lekkage was en de badkamer blank stond.
Geeft natuurlijk een hoop gedoe maar is de andere dag gerepareerd.
Geen zon op het balkon omdat die achter de berg blijft hangen.
De borg van bijna 600 euro die wij pas na 16 dgn terug kregen.

We loved our stay - the view was fantastic, true to the photos. Lots of space and very clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Nox team was very helpful. We book a grocery service, private chef and airport transfer through them and all were great. Chef Vic in particular was a great experience. Our only headache was a faulty electricity socket that caused a black out which took a little while to figure out - Elton from Nox was very available and helpful and we got it solved. There's also Cape Town's daily load shedding causing 2-hour blackouts, but thankfully this apartment had a back-up to keep the lights on (but sockets, major appliances won't work). That's life in Cape Town though. Thoroughly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Very good location and beautiful view on table moutain. Appartment is very spacious with big balcony

We forgot our kid's Teddy there but it has been very difficult to get it, in term of communication and efficiency. We have agreed to pay for transport cost but couldn't get tracking information on time. The Teddy was supposed to arrive at one of our following lodge in South Africa but finally it was not there and we had to take our plane without the Teddy. Now we'll have to pay much more to get it back, so we are not fully satisfied disappointed with the service.

You walk in and WOW the view is incredible

Amazing position and unit itself was superb. The only reservation l have to list is the underground parking lift, which is very tedious, inconvenient and laborious. This inconvenience is exacerbated by the rolling load shedding!!

Great place! Good to know that there's a road between a building and the road. Also there's a walk to go to the beach since you cant access straight down where the building is. Otherwise great place, clean and nice. Great communication for check-in and out and security at the front desk 24/7

This home is an amazing Spot. It was more then what we expected. Stylish and lovely to step out in such a beautiful bay. Go for a run or nip down to Camps Bay for a breakfast or down to the best beaches in Cape Town. Friendly and such helpful service as well.

Wow what a view! I can not say enough about how wonderful this place was and how great Sheri and her team were to deal with. Communication was on point, and they gave specific instructions on how to check in and check out. Parking on site was nice, but be careful to pick a small rental car as there is a car lift that takes you to the second level of parking where the assigned spot is. Construction going on across the street was not bothersome. Nancy did a fabulous job cleaning the apartment daily and even took my laundry out of the machine and folded for me while we were away. There is no aircon but space heaters and fans are available for use and the large doors that open make the place comfortable. Coffee, tea, lotions, and soap are all available for your use. 24 hour security was able to assist with an early checkout and would help pull out of the garage and onto the quiet but busy street. Location in general was amazing and the center for all activities. Book this place for your ideal vacation!

The Dunmore Blue is an amazing apartment with a very good location. The host staff was responsive with messages and calls, they were some 15 minutes late to the agreed arrival time, which is not a big thing.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were wowed by how beautiful the apartment was. It's very spacious with a huge kitchen and bedrooms. The views are fantastic, with a stunning sunset over the water. There's a parking garage on site, which was very handy for us, although getting in/out can be a bit of a chore depending on traffic. However the security personnel would help us by directing when we were good to pull out. We didn't do much walking in the neighborhood, so I can't speak much to that, but the location is great in terms of a quick drive into the heart of the city, or down the other way to Camp's Bay or just a little further along to Hout Bay. The one downside is a temporary one, in that there was construction going on in the building. I don't know how long it's going on for, but it made it impossible to enjoy sleeping in very late. It sounded like there was some sort of drilling going on above us. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I'd be happy to stay again once the construction is complete.

The apartment is very well appointed with beautiful views onto Clifton. Even though its on Victoria Road the noise does not really affect you. It's a very spacious two bedroom apartment with views from both bedrooms and the lounge. Easy access to Camps Bay, the beach, Waterfront and the City Centre.
Nox Rentals who manages the apartment on behalf of the owners were great and on 24hr call for anything.

First the negative part, before I get to the really good part: this was a case of a property rental agency abusing the Airbnb model (at least in my opinion) by refusing to hand us the keys before making a copy of my credit card. We had to stand around uncomfortably while an employee of Nox rentals phoned his boss, who in turn had to phone his boss to get permission to hand us the keys without a credit card copy. After that I was requested to fill in all my personal details on a phone App on the employee's phone, for some or another reason. Please note that your host is "Tamara Nox Rentals" and not Tamara herself.

On the positive side - we had to check in early and Nox rentals was kind enough to let us drop our baggage off at their office, which they later took to the apartment. We were received in a very friendly and professional manner and the person that received us remained friendly and professional throughout. The apartment had a complimentary bottle of wine, some chocolates and a bag of droewors, crisps -- and a bottle of milk in the fridge.

The rooms are spacious and the views of Clifton spectacular.

Dear Corne, Thanks very much for your feedback. We'll be looking into our arrival policies and how we communicate the damage deposit requirements, so that we don't inconvenience guests on arrival. I did specifically want to comment on your comment about us "abusing the AirBnB model". AirBnB specifically targeted vacation rental management companies to bring their inventory to the market. They did this by integrating with a number of different professional software management systems. Our intention has never been to abuse any model, and we are completely transparent on our listing. Unfortunately AirBnB doesn't allow for any company name in the listing. If you read our profile the description says: Nox Rentals has been managing luxury vacation rentals in Cape Town since 2003. We live by our values of: - we're at your service - we shoot straight - we're getting better - we're a family - we're having a jol (Safrican for having fun) Our aim is to help people experience Cape Town in the best possible way, and we believe that the best possible way to do so is in one of our lovely villas or apartments.
