TV did not work while we were there despite being reported on first day. Drainage in hand basins poor was reported Despite arrangements in advance host was not there to greet Good service from support staff but lack of follow through from management

It is unacceptable to have drilling in concrete in an Air BnB. Had we known this, we would never have rented this unit. We are expecting a partial refund.

I am disappointed in your level of unprofessionalism and your inability to look after your guests. We have booked that unit before and everything was spectacular however this year we received the worst service. On Friday and Saturday no cleaner arrived and we had to outsource someone to clean for us but we had paid in full and you failed to even communicate and only saw it necessary to come apologise on the day we check out. This behaviour is appalling and unacceptable. I am very disappointed for a lack of a better word. And I don’t know what you take me for, you guys come and apologise with bottle of wine cause that what I worth. I have been booking with you guys for more than 12 years and you treat me like this at the end.

Great value for money, very spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home. We did however experience some issues we felt could have been better dealt with by the property management company eg. pool was dirty and curtain in main bedroom was pulled out and hanging and these were not attended to during our stay. Something to take note off, there is parking available for the premises but if you decide to arrive in a big car, the parking can be quite challenging. Besides these points of concern, the property otherwise was well worth it and I would highly recommend to stay here if you decide to visit Campsbay.

Clean apartment. Everything we needed. Great walkable location. 3rd bedroom has no natural daylight and a small double bed, but suited us for a shorter stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Cape Town! The place was impeccably clean and spotless, with a dedicated cleaner ensuring it stayed that way daily—a rare and delightful touch. The villa was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and unwind. The views were simply breathtaking, especially during sunsets, which we enjoyed every evening. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The house was also warm and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. Plus, the convenient parking added to the overall ease of our stay. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, one small area for improvement would be the availability of the swimming pool, as it was being cleaned throughout our visit and unfortunately couldn't be used. That said, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene, clean, and luxurious retreat in Cape Town!

Just absolutely stunning, very safe neighbourhood! The house is sparkling clean and everything is in order. The only two downside is unable to get the cell phone reception somehow & the car park entrance is quite tight . Otherwise, everything is perfecto

Perfect location and the best way to end our trip to SA!! Walking distance to incredible restaurants and beaches. And the apartment was immaculate - it was pure magic watching the sunset every evening from our balcony. The team were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This flat is gorgeous. Views are amazing- water, waves and sunsets! Lots of space for our family of 4. Location is amazing- about 7 minute beautiful walk along the coast into Camps Bay to the delicious restaurants! We loved Beta Beach. We would 100% book this place again next time we’re there.

Five star experience! Gorgeous views. Slept like a baby - very comfortable beds. The views were stunning. The apartment is located right on the water. There is a road below, but we never had any noise from the traffic. The plunge pool was amazing, though better enjoyed in warmer weather. We never lost any electricity, despite load sharing in the area, as the apartment was fully backed up. Huge rooms, and bathrooms, very luxurious. The hosts even left us some basic spices, and milk in the fridge to go with the coffee and tea provided. After long days sightseeing we felt so good to be able to cook some pasta at the apartment, and lounge around on the couch watching TV (Netflix was provided). Host communication was excellent. We were well advised ahead of our stay that there was some construction above, but the host proactively found out the schedule, and it turned out that it was all done before our arrival. Affordable, luxurious, quiet place but still in the heart of Camps Bay.

The Airbnb is beautiful and is in a great location. However, we experienced quite a few challenges. First, was with the property manager. Although nice, many times it was hard to get a hold of her. Second, was with the WiFi. It was hard to get a consistent connection. Third, the housekeeper came into the house announced at 9:00 AM. After, we told that property manager we would prefer for them to come around 11:00AM/12:00PM after we left the house. They also said housekeeping would come everyday and they did not. Fourth, there was very loud construction that woke us up on Friday morning at 8:30 AM and went on for 3 hours straight. The construction was extremely loud, and was a disturbance quite frankly. I sent a video of the noise to the property manager and asked her why didn’t anyone let us know that construction was going on. Fifth, we found two centipedes in the bed. After, finding the second one, we did not feel comfortable sleeping in that room.

Alles wie inseriert. Guter Service- einfache Sprache. Umgehende Erledigung der Wünsche. Was mir besonders gefiel: Im Objekt wurde gebaut. Dieses konnte perspektivisch Lärm und Dreck verursachen. Das wurde mir angekündigt und es wurde mir im Vorfeld eine Alternative angeboten, die ich aber nicht brauchte, weil ich ohnehin nur geschäftlich dort verweilte. Mir geht geht es dabei um die saubere Kommunikation, die zweifelsfrei war. Dafür meinen Dank.

The apartment is stunning with a mesmerising view as shown in the pictures. The host is extremely responsive. The cleaning is done on a daily basis so you don’t have to worry about it. The great thing is it is backed up by power so there is no hassle of load shedding. The apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary
