The main suite has a king bed, dressing room, private lounge, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and a private balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. Three additional king bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and are served by a comfortable family TV lounge, while the fifth bedroom, with a queen bed, is located downstairs alongside its own lounge.

The villa offers generous living spaces across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Upstairs, the main kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and separate laundry. Downstairs, an entertainment kitchen opens directly onto the covered patio, gas braai and pool area, making outdoor dining and entertaining effortless.

Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, sun loungers, landscaped gardens, putting green and mountain views, while a garage gym completes the experience.

Please note this is a lived-in family home between bookings, shared with hypoallergenic Schnauzers. The property is professionally cleaned and pet-free during your stay, but we like to ensure full transparency for guests with strict allergies.
