Wow! This is possibly the most stunning place we have ever stayed. The apartment has been done up with such taste and style and there is no detail missing, it is absolutely stunning 🤩 with the views just being breathe taking 🌊 the photos of the property look incredibly but being there in person, it’s even better (as if that was even possible!) The apartment had everything we needed and more, it was cleaned daily by Charity the cleaner who was so welcoming and friendly and did such a great job 👏 We felt completely safe at all times, there was security on the property and a garage to park the car in behind a locked gate. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to V&A which has lots to do. All in all an amazing trip and one we will remember for a lifetime. We would love to go back in a heartbeat 💓 and couldn’t recommend enough!!

So many positive things to say. But the front door lock does not work and the bedroom ceiling fan does not work. These things should be fixed promptly but tub and shower washer and dryer great view great location

The place was beautiful with incredible views, great design, well appointed furnishings, daily cleaning service, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood was lovely and safe and highly walkable. The property managers were communicative and responsive and flexible when we checked in a little later than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely check availability next time I visit Cape Town. Thank YOU for making us feel right at home.

This place is absolutely stunning. The decor is well thought out and modern. Beautiful use of the space even . On top of the stunning decor, the views are also breathtaking on both sides, on the one side it’s the ocean and the other the mountains. We were here for a short stay but this is a gem that would serve well for a relatively long stay with all amenities you could possibly need . Perfectly situated such that you have easy access to popular spots.

The apartment was in a good location with beautiful views. It would have been perfect if there had not been construction noise in the apartment above. We had been told there would be some construction noise and it was pretty loud for a few afternoons. I think the apartment shouldn’t be rented again until the construction is finished.

Absolutely stunning flat, the interiors were so beautiful and perfectly selected - everything you could need for your stay in central Cape Town. The location was ideal for us between V&A and Sea Point with easy access to Green Point and Breë St. We would absolutely love to come back, very much recommend to those looking to explore central Cape Town. The apartment was beautifully decorated with sate of the art appliances .It is super luxurious. There was no unfortunately construction at the time but the hosts were extremely accommodating. I will definitely be back . I will recommend this place to anyone who wants a 5star stay. The daily cleaning service is a bonus!

This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished with a fantastically equipped kitchen (it literally had everything - very impressive) and unmatched views of the ocean. Great location, we felt very safe at the apartment and also really appreciated the daily house keeping, which we didn’t expect. the place was incredibly well furnished and had very nice amenities. the led lighting at nighttime was super nice! waking up and raising the blinds from bed to the sunshine was super nice as well. lastly, they had a protected parking spot, which was really nice as I had a rental car

Fantastic apartment with splendid views. The apt is exactly as shown in the photos. We had some noise from construction works, but fortunately works were paused during the weekend. We would have appreciated prior notice, but in the end tje nuisance was minimal.

The Airbnb description and photos of this property are spot on; the apartment is magical, offering stunning views of the ocean, Cape Town Stadium, and Table Mountain. Great restaurants, coffeehouses, and grocery stores are within safe and easy walking distance, as well as the V&A Waterfront, Mouille Point and Sea Point promenades and various parks. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and maintained in excellent condition, providing the perfect home-base for our weeklong stay in Cape Town. The daily housekeeping provided is a much appreciated bonus. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Cape Town.

The apartment and the views are stunning and exactly as on the pictures. We felt right at home. It’s walking distance from the V&A Waterfront which is nice too. The The Nox Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Just know, that the communication is with a company and not an individual host. So you don’t have a specific contact person.

This apartment is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures! We truly loved staying here. It is at a great location, walking distance to Oranjzicht farmers market. My one complaint is the host company’s messaging systems. It is unclear when you are communicating with a chat bot vs when talking to a human. This can be very frustrating It’s also worth noting that as of late August 2024 the photos don’t show fairly substantial construction that is taking place across the road, and though it restricts the view a little bit, it did not bother us too much

This was the nicest Airbnb experience we have ever had. The apartment is like a high end hotel, only better because it has a nice kitchen, washer/dryer, wine fridge, etc. the place gets cleaned every weekday. The view of the ocean is stunning. We watched surfers for hours. Love this place!

Nox was incredibly responsive and helpful when minor issues arised. They were very professional and relatively quick to respond, and helped us find solutions to the issues. The unit is incredibly beautiful, with direct views of the ocean. We stayed during a bad storm and the minor issues were some water leakage into the condo, however again as previously mentioned Nox helped us resolve this to the best of their ability. We would definitely stay here again

The views are awesome and walking distance to V&A Waterfront, Greenpoint Stadium, many Restaurants The bus stop is right in front of the apartment for the "hop on & off red bus" And for the guys who have a rental vehicle there is a lockable garage for this property. The Apartment is also serviced every day accept Sundays. We will definitely book this Apartment again it made our Holiday extra special staying here.

Place is absolutely fantastic. Stayed at this apartment twice and will probably book it again when in CPT. The picture windows give you uninterrupted views of the ocean. It’s also on the more quiet side away from the hustle of sea point but very close to excellent restaurants, coffee spots and is a 10 minute walk to the V/A Waterfront.

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect setting with a super interior layout. The bed was comfortable and there are stunning direct sea views from the living area and bedroom, and views of the golf course and stadium from the back of the apartment. There is also a convenient desk and office space.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, exactly as per the photos. Felt super secure, brilliant location & clean. One small thing is just reliant on fans not A/C which meant it was warm in 33 degrees

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt, ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf das Meer und das Geschehen entlang der Promenade ist herrlich, auf der anderen Seite sieht man den Tafelberg und das Stadion. Bin zum Fotografieren rauf in den 8. Stock gegangen- da werden die Bilder noch besser! Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Kaffee/Tee/Zucker/Milch vorhanden, hab mir an der Waterfront weitere Nespresso-Kapseln besorgt. Es gibt einen Schleichweg am Meer zur Waterfront, man muss nicht auf der Straße gehen… dort kann man Delphine beobachten und kommt direkt beim Riesenrad an der Victoria-Seite der Waterfront raus. Super! Würde sofort wiederkommen, es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

The townhouse was outstanding, with endless views of the ocean. The furnishing and decor were on pare with a designer showcase. Everday, they had a cleaning person, make the place spotless again. This is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed out. We will defintely be back. The location, security, everything was just perfect, we feel right at home.
